This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

It is situated in a quiet countryside location just over a mile from Saltend Chemicals Park where you will feel it is a world away. Self contained with basic cooking facilities for you to cook, just have a local takeaway or pub meals. Convenient free off-street parking just. £30 per night for one person. Longterm £150 per week giving you a 30% discount.
