Relax outdoors in the luxurious outdoor bath, tasting some famous local wine. Or gather around the fire and take in the beautiful views and starry skies. Just 10 minutes to Molong or 20 mins to Orange with winery's and orchards along the way. A quiet country escape with action and experience on the doorstep.

Entire Self Contained, Off Grid, Eco Farm Stay

We are an Eco Farm Stay and have a spacious self-contained studio room. Location is five minutes’ drive from Orange & 20 minutes’ walk of several wineries. We have beautiful views, garden view from your room & over the town and surrounding countryside. You will find it very peaceful and quiet with a homely feel. You can see the Murray Grey cows, calves or chickens, stroll through our cherry orchard or just do your own thing. We are very approachable but any contact will be your choice.

"Anglesey House" Iconic Forbes CBD Heritage Home

"Anglesey House" a two storey, Late Victorian home built in 1884 in the CBD. A wealthy merchant from Anglesey in Wales, loaded two ships with finery that could not be obtained in Australia at the time. William Thomas built Anglesey House with it's seven marble fireplaces, cedar staircase, high and ornate ceilings and sandstone stables in the back garden. Although built in 1884 Anglesey has all of the facilities that are expected in a modern home. More history available in the guest guide.

Lovely rural haven, close to town

This cosy space is a private half house with a separate entrance and off street parking. Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.

Chaffcutters Cottage - @chaffcutters_cottage - is charming and rustic. Parking is plentiful, pets are warmly welcomed, the location is peaceful and Wi-Fi is reliable. Delightfully reno'ed, it is comfortable and practical accommodation in a stunning rural setting. Cosy in winter and airconditioned in summer with a picturesque verandah framed with grapevines, perfect for watching the sun set towards the Weddin Mountains with a glass of wine in hand. 15 minutes from gorgeous Canowindra.

The BnB is a repurposed/renovated section of our home. Locked off from the main household it's in a secluded location overlooking our backyard food garden. A light breakfast is supplied, plus tea and coffee etc. The kitchenette has a microwave, Pod Coffee Machine, small fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a washing machine. The king size bed can be converted to two singles upon request with your booking. The hospital is 5 minutes drive, and the city centre 15 min walk.
