Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Butternut Maple Farm in the heart of Burton Township right by the Geauga County Fairgrounds and just miles from Amish Country. This private brand new, fully furnished smoke-free studio apartment is on the second floor of the sugarhouse with a gorgeous attached deck perfect for your morning coffee. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.
