The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto.
