Numerous nearby attractions are sure to provide great experiences (Cataract Falls, C Bar C Event Center, Exotic Feline Rescue Center, state parks, brewery/winery, local shops/eateries, etc.) And of course, simply enjoying time in and around the cabin itself is a fulfilling getaway!

Located on Cataract Lake, yards from a public boat launch, this is the perfect spot to get out onto the lake or just relax amongst the trees. Boat parking is provided on the property.

Welcome to “Maria’s Haven”💕 A beautiful cozy home in the heart of a beautiful small town. This home belonged to my mother, Maria, who passed away in 2020 to breast cancer. This home was truly her “Haven”. Take a walk to the local diner, museum, Gosport playground, local shops, or to our delicious Amish bakery. We are also just a few miles from the popular “Hilltop” restaurant as well as McCormicks Creek State Park. Our mission is to make you feel like you never even left home. ☺️

Farm cabin by the lake.

Relax in our quaint guesthouse. Have access to our beautiful farm. You will be staying on a working farm/vineyard. Walk in the woods back to the river or explore the orchard. Set up on the patio of the barn to watch the abundant wildlife or have a fire in the firepit. Food, wine tastings, and beer are available Wednesday through Sunday during winery hours. Things change here often as we are still building the winery, so come see what is new. Also visit the chickens, ducks , and turkeys.

Eagle Ranch Railway Retreat

All aboard! Stay in our historic red caboose turned tiny home at Eagle Ranch. Nestled by lakes and farmland, it’s the perfect spot for unplugging from city life and enjoy some fishing, kayaking, swimming, roasting smores on the fire, and stargazing in the hot tub. Inside you can relax by reading in the library, playing games, or streaming tv. The caboose has a pull-out queen sofa bed that fits the cozy layout. It's truly a unique stay where nature, history, and adventure meet!

The beautiful remote cabin sits on 4 acres and is surrounded by mature trees and two glistening ponds. Enjoy your day exploring the nearby Cataract Falls and spend your evening around a bonfire. We are 8 mi to Mccormick's Creek park, 5 mi to Monroe County fairgrounds, 4 mi to West side shopping and restaurants, 7 mi to Memorial Stadium, 8 mi to College mall, 19 mi to Fairfax beach, and 21 mi scenic drive to Nashville, IN.

Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. The house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared heated pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property, inquire for details. Heated pool is seasonal beginning Mid May through September.
