Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Welcome to the Finger Lakes! This home is located in the rural town of Ovid. Located only five minutes from both Seneca or Cayuga Lake. Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away. Welcome to The Walnut Grove Yurt! Our original yurt at Finger Lakes Cider House. This handcrafted yurt is an all-season, round, wooden cabin nestled creek -side in our walnut grove. Every detail is custom built by our Cider House crew. This little hobbit house sits on our 70 acre property: organic regenerative pasture, forest, strawberry patches, and apple orchards— shared with our grass-fed flocks and herds of turkey, chicken, pigs, sheep, and white angus.
