The Film Shack: A Sweetwater Stay

Located on the shore of Tully Pond, The Film Shack is a newly designed water front vacation home with breathtaking views of Tully Mountain. This 4-season home features four bedrooms, a screening room, a video game nook and a bonus guest cottage. The personal home of filmmakers Patti Moreno and Robert Patton-Spruill, it is decorated in the "Atomic Age" style. Maple floors, aviation, and cargo style furniture, stainless steel bathroom and kitchen with a wood stove for those chilly fall mornings.

Farm Living

We offer a quiet country setting on a small working farm, with cows, horses, pigs, goats, donkeys, peacocks, emu, rabbits, dogs, chickens, ducks and wildlife strolling now and then. There’s opportunity to interact with the animals. Pack n play available for little ones upon request and another twin fold up bed. Three elevated decks with chairs and a hammock give you options for relaxing and steeping in the forest vibe. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane gas range. We provide potable water from our well. Outdoor shower with on-demand hot water. Simple outhouse with sawdust composting system is clean and convenient.

The Suprenant House

Cozy home in the 5 college area, close to downtown Amherst minutes from UMASS and Amherst College in a rural part of Town with endless scenic views. Free fast Wifi and parking.
