If you are looking for a great lakefront with beach access; this is your place! Nice pebble beach and sturdy dock to watch wonderful Seneca Lake sunrises. After a day of wine touring just take a quick turn off the trial for a quiet place to watch the cottages across the lake sparkle as the sun sets on them. This space is a small, cozy set up. A low loft above offers 2 twin beds while downstairs there is a queen bed and a couch pullout. Nice wrap around deck offers a great place to grill outside.

The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife. (Note the pond is shared with owners and other guests).

We like to think of it as the bee keeper’s lodge. Close to Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, and Conesus lakes for hiking, fishing, kayaking, or picnicking. Or enjoy a night in! There is a gas grill, patio, outdoor dining area, and a fire pit out back.
