Recently fully refurbished country cottage located in idyllic surrounds with access to fabulous country pubs, beautiful walks whilst still close to local amenities in Baldwins Gate. Great for access to the many and varied attractions of Staffordshire and Shropshire, with a number of interesting and varied market towns nearby including Eccleshall, Newcastle under Lyme, Stone, Stafford & Market Drayton. Whilst only 10 mins from the M6, Jtn. 15 and just a little further to mainline rail services.

Perfect for dog walks. The annexe is in a very short walking distance to a local dog friendly pub which also serve Thai food and within another 10 minute walk is another dog friendly pub who serve English pub grub.Located only 30 minutes from Shrewsbury and 45 minutes from Alton towers. Dogs £5 extra per dog.

The Woodland Watch

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.

Shawbroom Farm Barns are a pair of semi-detached quality barn conversions located next to the owners’ home on their working smallholding, at the end of a quiet lane in the small North Shropshire village of Soudley. Together the barns sleep four, both have private decked terraces and hot tubs. Close to the village of Cheswardine, a short drive takes you to Newport or Market Drayton. These lovely barns are a perfect destination for a romantic and relaxing break all year round.

Orchard Cottage Rural Retreats is home to two luxury Glamping Pods, The Laurels (no dogs allowed in this pod) and The Beeches (Our Dog Friendly Pod) – situated in Pell Wall just a short drive or walk from the Market town of Market Drayton. Next-door to our site we have a Secure Dog Exercise Area ‘The Dogs Paddocks’ available for private hire we also have many lovely walks on the doorstep and a traditional pub The Four Alls inn at the end of the drive.
