Great place for a family vacation. Great location - close to pickleball - swimming pool - shuffle board. Highly recommend. Host very responsive!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

We have a home in Stoneybrook. We used the condo for overflow family to use. Everything was as advertised. Convenient walk to Community Center activities, and pool. Lots of restaurants and malls to choose from. Will absolutely use again!!

Our stay in this apartment in Naples was wonderful! An exceptional value and great location—restaurants, beach, shopping, etc., all within 15 minutes. The place was very clean and Katie was quick to answer any questions we had. My husband and I enjoyed the main pool and gym and taking walks around the property in the evening. The pool closest to the apartment was being worked on while we were there, so hopefully future guests will be able to enjoy it soon!

Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

We came down for a football tournament and the location was convenient. Cheryl was very responsive in preparation for our trip and everything was as stated in the description so we didn’t have to bother her at all during our stay. The place was clean and was perfect for what we were looking for. Price was spot on.

Auch die Strandausstattung hat uns begeistert: Von Tennisschlägern über Beachball-Schläger und Strandspielzeug bis hin zu zahlreichen Handtüchern war alles vorhanden, was man für entspannte Tage am Meer braucht. Der Trockner und die Waschmaschine funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet – wir haben sie gerne genutzt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt. Der gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Pool, der Whirlpool sowie das Fitnessstudio sind in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und tragen maßgeblich zum hohen Erholungswert bei.

Casey was an absolutely fantastic host! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. Every little detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and easy — from cozy linens to thoughtful local recommendations. We felt right at home immediately. We have used Naples Vacations a few times in the past and they have always been proactive and responsive. We had no issues with our stay and Jennifer was friendly and reached out personally before our arrival to provide check in and access details .

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. Clean, well furnished, quiet, easy to access since it is on the first floor, and a great location close to everything. Mary was very responsive to any questions we had and got back to us quickly. I highly recommend her condo and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

This is the third time my family and I have stayed in one of Elliot's places. We see no reason to ever stay elsewhere! The condo is conveniently located close to literally everything there is to do in Naples. As a host, Elliot is proactive, accommodating, kind, and incredibly helpful. He is easily available, and TRULY cares about his guests. Stay here!

We had a great stay and are already dreaming of our next visit to Sivys’s. The house was full of essentials, nothing was overlooked. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to so many local attractions. Beautiful outdoor area where we spent most of our time. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all great sizes. The house was extremely clean and welcoming. No detail was forgotten, a true gem!

Great hosts, great neighborhood, great location. Townhouse had plently of space for 6 people with the 3 large bedrooms. Quick walk to all ammenities. Hosts were great at communicating and allowing for early check-in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for resort style pool and quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay with my family. We had my 4 month old grand child with us and having the home with the pool was perfect flexibility for a baby's schedule. It allowed us all to relax and enjoy the pool while the baby was sleeping. The home was well-stocked and was easy to relax in and have home-cooked dinners. The pool was beautiful. A little more space around the pool and in the backyard would be nice, but we worked around that. We would rent again. Ivan was also very responsive and thorough in his communication.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Having a pool was so great for the kids. It was close to everything we wanted to do like the zoo and children’s museum. It was also a short distance from Marco’s Island which allowed us to visit for a day. Hristo was very helpful. I couldn’t locate a few things in the house and he quickly responded. I also needed a couple of things and he had it sent to the house. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time. Their house had everything we needed and more. Gorgeous property, very peaceful and lots to look at. We felt at home and the house was perfect for us. The kids had such a good time. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us.
