One of two houses on the property (we live in the other) designed and built in 1920 as a summer residence for a local family. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved.
