The backyard connects to trails that will take you to the Ogden River. Owner lives on site in a basement apartment.

Daylight guest house with extra high ceilings, you will have the entire basement to yourself with separate entrance. Surrounded by trees and walking distance to Kayscreek trail. Your own gated private patio (temp landscaping material storage on part), lots of free parking space. I live upstairs in the main house with my partner and our dogs. Located in the tranquil and scenic mountain town of Mountain Green, this townhome is part of the Roam community and features access to great amenities, a short drive to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski resorts, and boundless trails and acres to hike, bike, snowmobile, fish, ski, and otherwise explore. Our 4 bed (+ Full pullout), 3.5 bath home offers space for gathering IN, and the location for adventuring OUT whether its a snowy wintry day or a sunshine soaked Summer day.

The Rec Room

Basement apartment. We live upstairs. 1.6 miles/6 minute drive to closest shopping/restaurants, 7 miles/18 minutes to downtown Ogden. Sleeps 6 best. Air mattresses for 2 more. Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
