We really loved our stay, so much so that we're already talking about returning next year! The owners were super communicative and helpful, the place was perfect for our family of four, the location across from a great pool and tennis courts could not be beat, parking was easy, and everything was clean and clearly marked. The loft was perfect for my 7yo, and my 3yo has probably never slept better. The washer/dryer were great and came in really handy, and having two bathtubs was really great for bathing two kids at once. The two different porches are a really lovely touch, and all the beds were comfortable and bath towels plentiful. Truly can't say enough good about it!

The community around Beth’s condo is amazing. Nice and quiet but still close enough to everything to where it’s not a hassle to get there! Plenty of space inside the condo so people don’t feel crammed! Sits on a beautiful golf course! Can’t recommend this condo enough!

Our stay was great. The property isn’t actually on the canal or lake area. This didn’t bother us, just an fyi. Great private beach and lots of pools to choose from connected to the sea colony community where the property is located.

My family and I had a beautiful stay. This was our first experience with Airbnb and was a great one. Annie provided detailed information needed for our stay. The place was clean and the clubhouse was perfect for what we needed. She also provided food recommendations which was awesome!

This was our second stay here and it felt like coming home. The only negative thing I could say is that there was no supplies of paper goods or cleaning products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, dish soap, sponges, etc). First visit I had to buy all of the above, this trip I believe there was some leftover from previous guests, but I still had to buy toilet paper and paper towels for just a two night stay. Otherwise - the place itself is absolutely beautiful as well as the property. I would definately come again, and again and again. The owner is very kind and very attentive to their guests.

This property will exceed your expectations! Not only was it super clean, it looked even better than the photos! It's a very spacious property and the neighborhood is VERY peaceful. If you want to take a quiet stroll outside, this is the place to do so. The home is BEAUTIFUL! Decorated very well and it is equipped with everything you need. The clubhouse that you have access to (if you choose to purchase the pass) is lovely as well. The weather only permitted us to do indoor activities which was fine because the indoor pool is huge so we and our kids enjoyed it two days in a row. We got takeout pizza from the local Fox Pizza and it was AMAZING! There is a Dunkin right up the road too that I was very happy about (I'm a Dunkin girl😂). But anyway, I have NOTHING bad to say about our stay. A beautiful and very clean home. Both families said we would definitely come back to this exact property without a doubt!

Jeffreys was an excellent host. We had a few issues and he was extremely quick to respond. There was an issue with the a/c unit. He went out of his way to send someone after hours on a Friday night to check it out. His home was clean and in a great location. The park and pool are right out front. We would 100% stay here again !

Stayed with grandparents, a child and pets and it never felt crowded! Paul answered any questions we had. We loved the decor and location, would definitely stay here again!

House is in one of the best spots for easy in and out of inlet access to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Gives you an extremely personal, and private way to thoroughly enjoy beach life environment. Doug was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Hospitality beyond expectations, which made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Rebecca is so awesome! I hope to book a stay at her lake house location next! We loved the deck/porch out back - it was soooo relaxing and peaceful. There was even construction happening next door but it didn’t bother us because we enjoyed our time so much! Thanks for being an amazing host :-)

Wonderful 3-night stay in a very cute rental home! Great communication with the owner and she even let us know that we could enter our rental hours before the official check-in. The home was very clean and I would recommend!

We stayed 3 nights, with our two girls and their friends. Just a few steps to the beach & we enjoyed the large deck facing the street. Fully stocked with all kitchen accessories. Will add to our list to revisit!

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

My husband and I and our 2 dogs had an exceptional mini getaway. Location was perfect, honestly like 20 steps till you were on the beach! The unit was very spacious, open layout, large rooms, bright and cheerful and beautifully decorated. The furniture was modern and stylish, beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom had a beautiful walk-in shower with great water pressure, and the kitchen was to die for! Large and fully stocked with everything you could need, gorgeous countertops and ss appliances and a basket with all the necessities plus some little extras to make you feel right at home. There's also a wonderful porch for relaxing, we especially liked the optional doggie gates.⁹ Our host, Hollin made everything super easy and simple. Communication was a breeze from the very start. Hollin was very friendly, responsive and onsiderate. I feel like she genuinely went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Which we did and we definitely plan to stay again next year!

We had a very nice stay with a large group of teens. They could walk to the beach on their own and the house was big enough for everyone. Joey neighborhood. Thank you!

Michelle’s place was absolutely beautiful. Felt like a fancy resort with the kitchen dreams are made of. Two lazy boys in living room made me want to live there. Beds were super comfy and didn’t creak which is helpful when sleeping with your baby in a pack and play. Everything was very clean. One of those places you always want to keep clean to keep it picture perfect! Water pressure was amazing, views were to die for and to wake up for, and it is literally on the beach. So nice they have bathrooms on 2nd floor for beach potty breaks. Pool was amazing (not too hot, not too cold) - Big too. My kids loved it. Check in etc was exactly as described and Michelle was so kind the whole time accepting our very very last min reservation. Can’t speak highly enough of her hosting abilities and her kindness. So excited to try and stay here again next year!! Thanks for a great week! Worth every penny! Also building was quiet and elevators were fast! Whole condo building was very clean.

Karen was very accommodating and helpful. Extremely responsive and flexible. We could easily walk to the beach that had life guards during the day and my kids absolutely loved having access to the swimming pool.

Bill’s place was perfect for our small family of 3. It was clean and cozy. It was just a short drive to all that Bethany has to offer!

Mike’s place was perfect for our stay. Close to the bus stop and within walking distance to everything we needed. It was perfect for our weekend away!

Katherine’s place is a great stay! The view from the balcony is lovely and the photos online are accurate. The bed was also probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The location is just a few blocks from the start of the boardwalk and there are many restaurants within quick walking distance. It is very closer to one of the Jolly Roger locations that has a water park and a go kart section. It is however a longer walk (over 30 blocks) from the busiest part of the boardwalk. Because of this though it makes the are much quieter so it all depends on what you are looking for. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again! In addition Kathryne was very responsive and even ordered and extra fire stick for one of the rooms so we could try and get Disney+ in there for our kids - above and beyond. Thank you for a great stay.

It was a really nice place. Perfect for our family. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the ocean views. We especially enjoyed the enclosed patio since we went during offseason and it was still cool outside, we were able to enjoy the beach without being out in the cold.

Shawn and Terri’s air bnb went above and beyond my expectations! We decided not to stay on the beach this year but I didn’t realize that we’d still be right on the bay! There’s a peer overlooking the ocean that was just a five minute walk away. Not only that, but the community itself was private, peaceful, and had everything you could ever need to stay busy! There were two pools, ball courts, and playgrounds all walking distance. The residents were kind and welcoming. Assateague beach was a five minute drive away and restaurants only a ten minute drive! The main strip of ocean city was super close. The air bnb itself was clean and beautifully decorated. There were extra blankets, amenities, my son loved the cards and coloring books! All in all this was the perfect place to stay.

Three us stayed for four days (two full ). The space was perfect for my husband and me and our grown daughter. Tow nice big bedrooms with their own baths, a comfortable living room and kitchen with absolutely everything you could need. The location was pretty, in a woods, and near the beach and all the restaurants and shops, along with nearby state parks. Jimena responded quickly when I booked and provided detailed, excellent instructions about the rental, the location, directions to get there, and local spots to visit. Jimena is an excellent host providing an excellent rental near the beach!
