Impeccably furnished GROUND FLOOR one bedroom unit DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH with PRIVATE ACCESS to the sugar white sand beaches and emerald waters of The Gulf of Mexico. The unit is located on Okaloosa Island, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, about 6 miles to Destin and 16 miles to Miramar Beach. 3 adult limit. Sorry, no pets. Please note that the building exterior is currently being re-sided (Jan, '26), so the building will be "Zen blue" in a month or so.

Our Happy Place is situated on the water where you can sit and watch boats go by, or fish from the shore. Take a dip in the community pool that offers plenty of lounger chairs and tables with umbrellas. Just across the street you will find a boardwalk to stoll down to the white sandy beaches where you can soak up the sun and Gulf of Mexico views.

Tucked away on a quiet street, this home is the perfect place to get away and relax as it is minutes from the beach and park. As a matter of fact, you can see the water from the front yard! We are about a 15-minute drive to Destin and the VPS airport which makes this home the perfect place to stay on vacation.
