It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, BBQ and my own tiny cottage “Bouy Cottage” is across the lawn so I (or other guests may be there in May-Sept. Beach chairs, umbrella and smiles!

The house is roomy with hardwood floors throughout and lots of windows for plenty of day light and incredible water views. Balcony on the second for relaxing with a beautiful view. There is great deck and wrap around porch that also sport views of the water. Private out door shower. Great writers or artist retreat. Restaurants, Grocery and Deli in walking distance.

Wake up to Stunning Views at a Serene Waterfront Haven

This is a simple but lovely house with spectacular views of the water. Enjoy the sunset from the back patio or take kayaks out right off the dock. The comfortable living room has full length windows. There is also a guest cottage on the property that is ideal for extra space and privacy. Please know that there is a full size bedroom connected to the queen bedroom, there is a door but It is not entirely private since you have to walk through the queen bedroom to access the full bedroom.

Unwind in the backyard with a private view of the Goldsmith's Inlet where you can watch the sunrise, bird watch, and admire our local swans. A quick 5-minute walk to the Long Island Sound where you can sunbathe, swim, kayak, and watch the beautiful sunset. Conveniently located near Greenport, Orient, and Southold. *IMPORTANT* Kayaks and grill are only available from May 1st to October 31st.

This Long Island Sound front property on nearly three acres of land with an inground, custom designed, gunite pool is the perfect vacation home. Walk down the ramp to your private beach for a kayak, paddle board or swim in the summer and enjoy a luxurious outdoor shower afterwards. In the fall and winter months, enjoy the extensive book collection and stay cozy by the fireplaces. Spacious and bright, this home has a unique aesthetic and can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.

Full apartment with full bathroom 10 minutes to all Hampton towns. Quiet property Walking distance to free SUP boards and canoes and only 2 minute drive to a dog friendly beaches. Extra bedroom is a Cabin in the middle of the property and was a recording studio, now has queen bed, wifi, fridge, micro wave, heat and AC, TV and DVD player but no bathroom. You have your own parking spots, entrance and outdoor dining area and outdoor shower.

Modern Cottage with a View

Designer’s own Modern Cottage has bay views and is a short walk to bay beaches. Less than ten minutes to Sag Harbor Village or Bridgehampton. Sleeps 4-6 people. The cottage is located on a very private road and provides some welcomed peace and relaxation. It's the perfect setting for those with the flexibility to work from anywhere. Available monthly from January - May. Discounted monthly rates will be applied to stays 28 days or more.

The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
