Nosara: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

We were looking forward a remote location to settle for some months. This was a great sanctuary to be alone and explore the empty beach. The WiFi was very good , even when other local services were unavailable. The neighbour made us delicious food when requested. A great adventure.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drei traumhafte Monate in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Die Ruhe war himmlisch und die Lage direkt am Meer unschlagbar - fast täglich sind wir schwimmen gegangen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war perfekt für uns. Und das Privileg in so einem Haus zu wohnen war für uns aussergewöhnlich. Danke Roxana. Als Gastgeberin warst du sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hast alles wunderbar organisiert. Diese fantastischen Wochen werden unvergesslich bleiben und wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Absolutely divine stay at house of waves. The van is the furthest on the property so you enjoy immense privacy, and your own beach access which is nice for swimming naked under the stars! The waves crashing are the most present noise that you can very occasionally hear traffic. The Van had everything I needed, was cool to sleep with the AC. The kitchen was adequate. With garza growing you can really get everything you need walking from here. I did have a motorcycle and an electric bike at various points which allows access to Giones. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat in nature. The shala has yoga mats and AC is is a great place to rest also!

Lauren's place is a true slice of paradise! It's perfectly sized for a couple in a nice secluded area tucked behind one of the most desolate, beautiful beaches we'd ever seen with our own private walkway to get there. The yard is huge and gorgeous! You can hear the ocean waves from the yard making it a super peaceful retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked for us to cook meals and even make fresh batidos every day! Junquillal is a beautiful beach and is a 45 minute drive (or less) to Tamarindo, but a significantly quieter area if that's what you're looking for. We'd highly recommend the place and would love to stay again!!

What a beautiful spot! We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of our Costa Rica trip and what a beautiful way to end it. The house is great. The AC in the rooms cooled it off nicely and the pool was perfect. We loved how accessible everything was from this place including the beach and restaurants. Samara is a beautiful little laid back town and this place fits right in. The host was so sweet and very responsive with any questions we had. Easy 5 star and would recommend CasaBea’s to everyone! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful place! It was walking distance to everything in Nosara, including the beach, shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the easy distance to carry our surf boards to the beach. It was lovely to swim and lounge by the pool in the hot afternoons. The three separate buildings gave plenty of privacy for three couples. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and there was a lovely covered outdoor dining space. We would recommend staying here to everyone and would love to come back someday!

Excellent. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Hans, qui est avec Daniela très réactif et propose toujours de vous aider. La maison est comme sur les photos, une maison de plage SUR la plage de Sámara, donc idéalement placée, avec une supérette en face, LA poissonnerie de Sámara a un paté de maison et un restaurant de plage à 50m. Et le bruit des vagues pour s'endormir, nous reviendrons c'est certain. Merci mille fois Hans & Daniela !

Great apartment 100 yards from the beach at a great price. There is a restaurant below so maybe not a kid friendly spot on account of potential noise but great, reasonably priced place in Nosara with good food and cold plunge tanks down stairs and 1 min commute to the surf.

Rodman and Johannah make it easy to want to come back. We have now stayed in all the villas. Maybe next time we’ll try the main house. Samara is a town where the best places and things to do are spread out. Villas Espavel is walking distance to the highlights, on both ends of the beach. Federica is full of grace and wisdom. Her daily yoga is extremely special, as are the reiki treatments. We could walk everywhere and enjoy the treats of Samara. They have a little oasis that is so special.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house is amazing and had plenty of space for our family. The location is perfect as it allowed us to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We loved the layout and having the pool to cool off as well as the air conditioned rooms. Thanks for your hospitality!

Great spot on the playa pelada side of nosara. Hosts were very helpful in recommending activities and arranging for necessities during our visit. House had the basics and we had a great time in the pool after long days at the beach. Families with younger kids should be aware the primary bedroom is in a separate structure from the other rooms and kids have to go up and down stairs past a pool to get there. Worked out great for us but just a note!

Great place to spend a relaxing vacation. Douglas was very responsive and the property was in a beautiful location. If you arent familiar with Costa Rica, be prepared the roads and long travel times. The location is in a beautiful location, but doesnt have alot of locations near the property. We were looking for that so it was perfect. Douglas' instructions and recommendations were very helpful and we really enjoyed the pool on property. We also had private chefs and massages on site which were great.

This has to be one of my favorite stays. I really enjoyed coffee with the birds every morning. The pool was great the house had everything you need and more. I absolutely loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the beach. It’s a great place to relax unwind and catch a beautiful sunset. I would recommend 10/10.

Great stay! Easy walk to the beach and to town. Great shared pool area with very friendly residents within the condo complex. Definitely recommend staying here for a quiet and relaxing Costa Rica vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at The Logan during our time in Samara, what a gem of a property! We rented all four units for our crew of 8 and the accommodations were perfect, giving everyone privacy and their own kitchens//bathrooms with the common area outside where we could hang by the pool and enjoy some drinks/music during downtime. Being at the top of the main drag was a great location. We could easily walk everywhere in town and had the grocery stores & numerous restaurants very close for when we needed anything. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and it was quick to run back to the place if we needed to during the day. Jamie was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions and she had great recommendations on restaurants. Our time in Samara was incredible and our choice on the Logan was a key part of the experience.

Place is nice, cozy and as described. It's located in a beautiful property surrounded by nature. It's peaceful and the best part is the beach just steps away. We experienced some unplanned inconveniences out of our control but the host did his best to help us with everything.

We are still on cloud nine after an absolutely SUBLIME stay at Casa Alegre! Chiara was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our entire stay, and the house and surroundings were exactly as magical as described. We chose to rent a car at the airport as we planned to do a lot of exploration during our stay, and getting around was not a problem at all as long as you plan for slower traffic pretty much everywhere. If we ever plan another trip to this part of Costa Rica, we would stay here again without a second thought.

The location is excellent, it’s right in Samara Center. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. Only thing to note is it’s not exactly a house, it’s a hotel. It’s three separate rooms, the one in the center has the kitchen and living room. If your a big group with couples, it’s great. All in all the place is clean, in a great location, and very friendly staff.

Absolutely Paradise! We couldn’t have been more impressed. Heather and her team were super easy to communicate with, and everyone at the resort is top-notch! We can’t wait to return. Pura Vida!

Wonderful Condo. Hosts are very kind and understanding and the location is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway. being able to walk to the beach very quickly is a huge plus.

Our stay in Nosara was absolutely perfect! The property is stunning, with gorgeous common areas that make it easy to relax and soak in the tropical vibes. The path to the beach is incredible—just a short walk through beautiful nature, where we spotted amazing wildlife along the way. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the beach, yet also just a short walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We loved biking through the maritime forest, exploring the area, and taking in the natural beauty all around. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced, thoughtfully set up for a seamless transition from the beach. Beyond the incredible setting, our stay was comfortable, safe, and truly rejuvenating. It warmed our bones and our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this special place!

The Earth House was an absolut gem and we loved our stay! Surrounded by beautiful nature, with Monkeys in the trees, fireflies at night and the beaches close by! We came with our own car which probably isn’t a necessity but definitely made getting to the apartment a lot easier. If you have a car, you can get to all the beaches and small cities in just a few minutes and explore everything perfectly! We stayed for 3 nights but with such a beautiful apartment a longer stay would probably be worth it even more. Self-check-in was also very convenient as we arrived pretty late. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook all kinds of meals and even make your own smoothies in the morning! Everything about this place was perfect, if your looking for a nature kind of experience!
