Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

Perfect retreat space during a very busy stay in Auckland. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Being able to bring our small dog Rosie the Min Pin with us made the stay all the better! I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was so cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was truly lovely — always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. We had a great stay at Iain's apartment. Check in was easy and instructions were well communicated. We had a very late flight into Auckland and were worried about meeting Iain for our keys. However, you can pick them up at any time from the 24/7 convenience store right down the block, and walk 2 minutes to the apartment building. It is right in the middle of everything - our longest walk was 10ish minutes to Albert Park. That being said, we didn't hear any of the normal "downtown noise" at night, so we slept like babies! The space was perfectly clean and well appointed, and we appreciated being able to do some laundry after several hiking days. We didn't bring swimsuits, but did check out the pool area. What a treat that would be during the summer! We might just need to come back another time :)

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had a lovely Easter break at Pauline’s Airbnb. Loved the location - quick to walk to local beaches & the village. Easy public transport to visit other spots on the island and to get to/ from the ferry. We appreciated the chocolate, breakfast cereals, and fresh OJ! Lovely outdoor area too.

Great location, close to city and not too far to anywhere. Free parking included which is very convenient. Bed is very clean. And kitchen is well equipped.

Had a great stay. We appreciated the thoughtful extras of a selection of coffee and milk in the fridge. The location is great, as St Helier’s is a lovely area of Auckland and has some great shops. We felt refreshed after our stay

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

This place is right in the middle of the town centre so we didn't feel the need to bring a car over. Everything was at the door step. The place was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning and hearing the waves crashing against the rocks. The host is responsive and provided us with all the information we needed before our stay. Would love to stay again :)

Comfy with many thoughtful little things that make a stay so much easier like a beach towel, plenty of coffee, washing powder etc. Friendly helpful hosts. Can't beat the location so close to a fab swimming beach!

Well appointed apartment with central London vibe. Comfortable beds and great location, close to the Viaduct restaurants. We enjoyed the tennis court and rooftop pool. Superb communication and advice. Would highly recommend to anyone.
