We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

The basement has a bar area with a second living room and an additional fridge. There is one pack and play and one highchair. The driveway is now paved and great for kids to ride bikes. Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.

The Whittled Duck River Camp property features 200 feet of river frontage, a deck overlooking the Clarion River and everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The cabin is located upstream from both Clear Creek and Cook Forest State Parks, 15 min from Loletta and next door to the Allegheny National Forest. Here you will find quiet and seclusion while staying close enough to enjoy all the recreational opportunities you love! Landline can be used by guests unable to get cell coverage.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located within 10 minutes of the town of Irvona, guests can enjoy nature and still be close to town. The home is within 1 hr of Penn State. The screened in porch is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and watch for deer that come up in the yard. The backyard has a pavilion with outdoor seating, a grill area with firewood, and firepit area. No Indoor fires allowed in the fireplace.

We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home.
