This BnB was absolutely breathtaking. It has an amazing kitchen, and the terrace was large and peaceful. The apartment is perfectly situated near shopping and restaurants. The host is also very kind. We drove from Calabria to Rome, which took longer than expected as we had young kids with us. Francesca was very accommodating to our situation. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

Lugar idoneo para descansar, cerca a la estacion de metro desde donde puedes hacer las conexiones que requieras, cerca aeropuerto, el detalle principal es el apoyo de Roberto ante un inconveniente a la hora del check-in, el gesto de esperarnos y la paciencia es un detalle invaluable.

Es war absolut traumhaft, von der freundlichen Begrüßung bis zur unkomplizierten Abreise. Giovanni war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat sich direkt gekümmert. Das Umfeld in Nettuno könnte mehr bieten, das hat aber nichts mit dieser tollen Wohnung zu tun. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Pizzeria im gleichen Haus! Ansonsten ist der Strand und der Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung unsererseits

Beyond fantastic! I made a big ask because I absolutely had to go into Rome for a work meeting, but had a dog with a recent injury who was scared to be alone. I was so stressed. Federica so generously offered to watch my dog and she was wonderful with him. I can't imagine anyone else having made me feel so at ease with leaving him. And bonus points, she took him on outings and had him wonderfully tired for our last night before the drive back to Le Marche. Thank you so much!!!

Vi tillbringade en månad i lägenheten. Vi hade det så bra. Lägenheten var jättefin. Det var modern och fräsch. Sängarna var väldigt sköna. Utsikten över dalen var fantastisk och poolen var verkligen jättefin. vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Tänk på att följa instruktionen på hur du ska köra för att komma fram till lägenheten. Cathys instruktion är mycket tydlig och följ den för då kommer du rätt. Vi gjorde det och det blev väldigt bra. GPS visar en annan väg nämligen. Cathy och Malcolm är mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. En supervärd helt enkelt! Vi är så nöjda med vår vistelse!

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Annalisa est une hôtesse charmante. Elle est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de petits conseils pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Le logement était spacieux et impeccable . Les extérieurs sont agréables. La place de stationnement est un plus . Une station de bus se trouve juste à côté du logement ainsi qu’un grand supermarché . C’est très pratique .

It was a good place to stay with a little bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. Danilo is great with communication and accommodating us for our needs, friendly host.

Casa pulitissima e con i confort segnalati nell’annuncio, situata in una stradina molto tranquilla. Davide è un host molto cortese disponibile e mai invadente. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Giorgia con i miei famigliari nel periodo natalizio. L’appartamento era pulito e organizzato in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Sono presenti prodotti per la pulizia, l’igiene personale e quelli di base in cucina. C’è una bella terrazza attrezzata di tutto per stare all’aperto e da cui si vede parzialmente il mare.Un piccolo curato giardino dove poter lasciare la macchina parcheggiata completa l’appartamento. Anche la scala per accedere al l’appartamento è comoda e illuminata da luci che si attivano al passaggio. Lo consiglio con sicurezza.

Siamo stati in questa villa per un addio al celibato ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La villa è stupenda, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort necessario. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, super disponibili e molto flessibili sia per il check-in che per il check-out, il che ha reso tutto ancora più semplice e piacevole. Consigliatissima, torneremmo sicuramente!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und es wahr alles da was das Herz begehrt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Check in und Check Out waren völlig problemlos. Das Begrüßungskomitee (die Katzen) haben uns auch in der späten Nacht empfangen. das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und den malerischen Kiwi Hainen. Bis zum nächsten Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Auch der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen und man ist nach zwei Stationen am Hauptbahnhof in Rom. Die Kommunikation mit Ricardo war immer schnell und sehr hilfreich. Gerne kommen wir noch einmal wieder.

Veniamo spesso in questa zona per trovare mio cognato e abbiamo trovato questo alloggio situato di fronte a casa sua! Perfetto! Ottimo prezzo e gli affittuari molto cordiali. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo e anche se non ci è servito a molto, ci sono tutte le utenze per cucinare. Forse l’unico consiglio che posso dare è che forse ci vorrebbe una piccola tv in camera per chi è abituato ad averla e guardarsi un film la sera, ma è questione di abitudine. Per il resto non ho nulla da criticare, sicuramente sara l’ alloggio preferito per quando verremo a Roma

La perfection n'est pas de ce mode mais se sentir à l'aise comme à la maison et cela dès le debut est plus qu'important. En plus, le quartier est très convivial, l'acces à la plage ultra facile, acces pour voyager... deux pas de la maison. Restaurants, boutiques, epiceries diverses, taxis ... tout est à portée de la main. Terrasse agreable bref ... òn est comme à la maison' et si une question surgit, Marco vous répondra et parfois même il aura la bonne idée d'une suggestion telle qu'une pâtisserie locale d'excellentes qualité.

Потрясающие виды на озеро! Тишина и умиротворение. Очень тихо, спать ночью очень комфортно. Жилье - старинное здание в 2 этажа с высокими потолками, просторное и комфортное. Это не современный отель, а место с историей и очарованием. Оно добавило колорита в наш отпуск. Дом был очень чистым, со всем необходимым. Самостоятельное заселение было очень удобным и понятным. Хозяева всегда на связи, внимательны и добродушны, отвечают на все вопросы мгновенно. Рядом есть бесплатная парковка, где всегда есть место. До деревни Неми 5 минут пешком, где есть кафе, рестораны и просто красивые виды. Сама деревня очень колоритная и атмосферная.

Wir fanden die Wohnung perfekt für einen Urlaub am Meer. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist einfach super. Es befindet sich alles in der Nähe was man braucht, Lebensmittel, Restaurants, Sonnenschirm Verleih…. Vielen Dank an Karen&Giacomo für die wertvollen Tipps zum Besuch von Rom, zum Strand und zum Aufenthalt hier in der Wohnung, Ihr seid sehr bemüht das es euren Gästen gut geht. Das ist wunderbar. Unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, es war ein bisschen wie ein eigenes Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist absolut sauber, super stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick den man bei jeder Mahlzeit genießen kann. Wir würden diese Wohnung anderen sehr gerne weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles

Wir waren als Familie für 5 Nächte im April 2025 bei Daniela als Gäste. Durch die sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation über E- Mail ist uns Daniela beim Einchecken sehr flexibel entgegengekommen. Wir hatten nämlich einen Flugausfall und mussten umbuchen und kamen dadurch erst weit nach Mitternacht an. Als Gastgeberin ist Sie sehr freundlich und man bekommt immer Hilfe wenn man Sie braucht. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bus, Bahn, Lido di Ostia Centro) die fußläufig nicht weit entfernt von der Wohnung sind , gelangt man günstig und bequem in die antike City von Rom (ca.40 min) oder zum Flughafen (blauer Cotral Bus 30 min) oder zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und eine saubere Wohnung mit Meerblick und wunderbarer Terrasse zum verweilen . Alle Angaben und Fotos zur Wohnung sind identisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely love this place and the hosts!! Excellent communication from before booking all the way through check out. They are very helpful and kind. Great space, lovely garden and outside space. A quick walk to the beach, food, church, shopping, gelato, bus stops and more! We had no problems whatsoever. Quickly responded to any questions we had. Felt very safe.
