Comfy Loft - Room at the Top

This comfortable double loft room is at the top of a Victorian terraced property. Located in a quiet residential area in Birmingham - it is served by excellent transport to the City. Use as a base for sightseeing, or for studying/internship. Easily sleeps 2 in a super comfy double bed. There is ample storage for clothing and belongings within the room. A quirky space saving staircase leads to an open plan room. There are 2 velux windows offering great views into the City. Guests will have access to the shared bathroom, lounge, dining room, garden and kitchen. 2 sets of towels per guest, changed weekly by our cleaner. I appreciate your need for privacy, so I am happy to interact as little or as much as you require. Sometimes I work from home, so although I am physically present I may be "unavailable". All emergencies will of course be attended to. I attempt to greet all guests in person, sometimes check in will be done by my co-host, other times information on self check in will be provided. My neighbourhood is very diverse and quite friendly. There is a beautiful mature park with tennis courts and lake at the end of my street. There is an excellent bus service at the end of the street. The cross city train line has a regular service into the City, the journey takes 7 minutes. The famous Spaghetti Junction is 1 mile away, giving excellent access to the M6. Guests will have access to the bathroom, lounge, dining room, garden and kitchen. We have a weekly cleaner who will clean your room and change your bedding. I appreciate your need for privacy, so I am happy to interact as little or as much as you require. Sometimes I work from home, so although I am physically present I may be "unavailable". All emergencies will of course be attended to. I am always contactable via phone. My neighbourhood is very diverse and quite friendly. There is a beautiful mature park with tennis courts and (EMAIL HIDDEN)e to Birmingham - we have a host of attractions including the Iconic Bullring, Back to Backs, Library of Birmingham and amazing museums (most of which remain free). We have amazing open spaces, a rich and varied night life to suit all tastes and eateries to tickle any palette. There is an excellent bus service at the end of the street. The cross city train line has a regular service into the City, the journey takes 7 minutes. The walk to the train station takes 7 minutes. The famous Spaghetti Junction is 1 mile away, giving excellent access to the motorway network in Birmingham. Guests will have a set of keys so they can come and go at will. This property is unsuitable for Children. Guests will have access to the bathroom, lounge, dining room, garden and kitchen. Laundry facilities available for stays of 3 days or more. Please purchase detergent. We have a weekly cleaner who will clean your room and change your bedding. Available to answer any queries that you may have, also appreciate your need for privacy and quiet time. I love the diversity of this neighbourhood and wider city. The ease of public transport, the mature parks and green open spaces all contribute to this being a great place to live, work, study. Don't take my word for it, come see for yourself. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the road that will take you into the City Centre. There is also a bus that will take you around the circumference of the City. The train station is a 7 minute walk away - the train will take you into the City Centre in less than 10 minutes. In the other direction, you can travel to nearby Sutton Coldfield and the historic City of Lichfield. There are shops at either end of the road, great for basic provisions to get you started until you can get to a supermarket. I play percussion and practice during the day, therefore there will at times be noise in the house during the day.

This is a large spacious bedroom with an ensuite Bathroom fitted with a large shower. Inside you have a king size bed, sofa SmartTV so you can connect to your Netflix account. (WI-FI details are provided . As well as a kettle for tea or coffee free snacks & water bottles. My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

Cosy Bedroom with Private Bathroom & Breakfast

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!
