This is a unique and spacious apartment that’s located on the second floor of an old flat that’s an 8 minute walk away from Porto Venezia ATM train station. All that is to say, this was a cozy stay that was conveniently located in central Milan. Luca was proactive and very responsive as well! The full kitchen and in suite laundry are a plus! Note: the apartment’s main operable windows face an interior courtyard and a blank wall so it’s not a space that boasts wonderful views of the city. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

Квартира замечательная, очень уютная, наполненная приятным ароматом. Лучше, чем на фото. Легкое заселение, за что отдельное спасибо!!!!! Доброжелательная хозяйка. Отдельно хочу отметить разные сценарии света, что очень комфортно. Маленький балкончик, с видом на парк. Красивая парадная. Все есть для приготовления еды, хорошая посуда, мягкие полотенца, приятное постельное белье, тапочки! Спасибо за комфортное пребывание! Удобная доступность, метро рядом, но и пешком до Дуомо 30 минут. Была по работе, почти 2 недели и уют и комфорт очень важен для меня вдали от дома. Еще раз огромное спасибо за все это!

Loredena is a great host! The place is beautiful, crisp clean and the host is very warm & friendly, she went out of her way to help me with everything she could! I would definitely recommend to stay here! The place is closer to the public transport and there are a lot of restaurants right across the street and even more in walkable distance!

Casa stupenda, posizione ottima, facile per raggiungere in poco tempo Milano, nelle vicinanze alcune attività commerciali che sono state molto utili, come il supermercato e la pizzeria. Super consigliato, sia per la zona, che per la bellezza dell'appartamento, e per il prezzo. Sicuramente se dovesse ricapitare, contatterò nuovamente Alessandro per soggiornare ancora nel suo appartamento.

Appartamento perfetto. Curato, pulito, tutto funziona e funziona benissimo! Anche la comunicazione è stata sempre velocissima e funzionale. Onestamente si può prenotare e dormire sonni tranquilli! Noi torneremo senza dubbio!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Daniela. Avec son mari, ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et qui aiment communiquer. Leur maison est un bon point de départ pour visiter les environs très touristiques du lac Majeur et retrouver le calme après ces journées bien remplies. Je recommande vivement !

Eine super saubere und sehr ansprechende Wohnung mit allem, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht! Top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Von Gewürzen, Spülmaschinen Tabs bis hin zu Reinigungs- und Badartikeln alles vorhanden. Super, super und nochmal super. Immer wieder gerne😉 Danke für alles😉😘

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Sehr schönes Haus, Nicola war ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Im Haus findet man alles, was man nur irgendwie brauchen könnte. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind mit A/C ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer im Halbkeller ist groß und freundlich mit Türen zur Terrasse, allerdings gibt es keine Tür und keine Kühlmöglichkeit. Pool und Gartenbereich sind wie das Haus sehr gepflegt. Top Empfehlung!

great stay and recommended a nice pizzeria for dinner

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

L'alloggio rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione: è in ottime condizioni, ben curato, pulito e accogliente. Punti forti sono di sicuro la vista dal terrazzo e veramente meravigliosa, il camino in salotto e, cosa non scontata, la cucina completa e ben attrezzata. Alberto è un host davvero attento e premuroso, che è stato disponibile e facilmente reperibile per ogni esigenza dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out. Un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità dei dintorni. Apprezzatissimi il giardino e le passeggiate nei vigneti anche dal nostro cagnolone. Decisamente consigliato, torneremo di certo molto volentieri.

Wir haben uns in Viktors Airbnb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und das Aibnb in den Weinbergen ist wunderschön. Viktor war sehr flexibel was den Check-in betroffen hat, wir konnten schon um 11. 00 Uhr einchecken. Auch hat er uns Tipps für Restaurants in der Nähe gegeben. Wir könnem dieses Airbnb gerne weiterempfehlen.

It is conveniently located near the Metro, which makes it easy to access tourist attractions in Milan and the surrounding areas. Abbiamo soggiornato a Maggio 2025. Alloggio molto ben tenuto, pulito,spazioso,tranquillo e comodo a tutto. Nessun lato negativo da menzionare e non lo faccio tanto per dire. Siamo una famiglia di cinque persone e siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie.

Thanks a lot for an amazing experience living in Milan for a couple of days. Apartment is exactly as you can see on the pictures, clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, quiet neighbors. Host communications was always respectful, fast and clear. Location is a bit off the center and we didn’t find anything interesting around, but it’s very well connected with public transportation.

We had a great time staying at Kevin's place. The area was safe and transport was easily accessible. The apartment was pristine and the apartment block was very modern and also felt secure. Kevin's place had everything we needed so felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend.

Siamo state molto bene, l’alloggio è super accogliente e pulito. Unico piccolo intoppo è stato nella ricerca del locker con le chiavi ma tutto sommato è andata bene. Lo consigliamo!!!

Italo’s place is in a great location, far enough from downtown yet a short walk to the tram, and walking distance to the Metro that can get you anywhere in Milan. Quiet and very secure place, close to stores, coffee bars, pharmacy, restaurants and more. Very friendly people in the area. Italo was extremely helpful and always responsive.

Bila sam jako zadovoljna boravkom – smještaj je bio točno kao na fotografijama, uredan, udoban. Sve je proteklo bez problema, a komunikacija s domaćinom bila je brza i ugodna. Preporučujem svakome tko traži pouzdan i ugodan smještaj!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole! La zona è molto bella – vivace e ben collegata. Direi che è più adatta ai giovani, perché la sera può essere un po’ rumorosa, ma a noi non ha dato fastidio per niente. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Anche l’arredamento è molto bello e c’era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la serratura elettronica: davvero comoda, molto meglio di una chiave il telefono si perde molto meno facilmente! Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo!
