I can say without a doubt that our stay in Glenn's place was one of the most memorable family getaway that we had. The place will remind you of rural living with a hint of convenience and accesibility. My parents enjoyed waking up early in the morning to feed random chicken in the vicinity with our leftover rice. Friendly dogs will often visit infront of the house and will wait patiently to get interacted. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Glenn !

Great place to stay when you're a big group 🫶❤️ Definite recommendable

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-maintained, exceeding expectations. The location offered convenient access to local attractions and amenities. Communication with the host was seamless and responses were prompt and helpful. The provided amenities, such as kitchenware and linens, were of expectations. My family enjoyed our stay and the caretakers were attenteive and helpful. Overall, the experience was exceptional and contributed to a memorable trip.

10/10 – Would definitely book again with friends! We chose this property because we were looking for a private and cozy spot to celebrate and unwind and it did not disappoint! The place is spacious, homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Miss Ana was such a thoughtful host. She even welcomed us with a sweet gesture: fresh pineapples and bananas waiting for us when we arrived! There’s convenient parking just outside the property, which was super important for us. Towels and basic toiletries were also provided - just one less thing to worry about. We spent the night playing music, singing our hearts out on karaoke, and exchanging stories till the early hours. While there’s no aircon in the living room, we simply opened the doors of the two bedrooms with AC units and let the cool air flow - it worked like a charm!

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

The unit at BES Bldng can actually be compared to condo units in other prime condominiums and them accommodating us set the standadard high, they have quality service too. Enjoyed staying at their unit.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Chose this unit because it was the newest among the twin lakes properties. So the unit was pretty fresh, and everything was new! There was a cool breeze on the balcony even until noon which was so nice. The unit faces south and it was pretty much shaded, so we just opened the windows to enjoy the sounds of nature from the time we got up in the morning, until the time we checked out. Watch out for insects though (lots at night so definitely need to keep windows closed; and they start coming in around noon in the morning). We were able to cook our meals with ease. We stayed during the holy week holidays so the construction around the unit did not cause any problems (except visually I guess; appears same as photos posted). Kim was fast to respond to messages. Would stay here again.

Wow — just wow! The place gives off serious 5-star hotel vibes, especially with how clean it is. Bed? Super comfy. Internet? It’s fiber — major win! Would be even better if they had cable channels, but not a dealbreaker. Love that the room uses electronic access — no need to worry about losing a key or card, and easy to share access. Kitchen's fully equipped too — we got to cook our own meals! Shower has great pressure, toilet’s all good. And if you're up for a little walk, Jollibee, McDo, and a bunch of food spots are just around the corner. Jeepney access is nearby too. Solid stay, highly recommended!

The space is very well-appointed and charming, which was a relief after reading many bad reviews about other units in the resort. It was very comfortable staying at this unit as it provided everything we needed especially kitchen amenities. Place was well-cleaned & facilities inside worked well. Tess is an excellent host with sufficient guide & info on activities inside the beach resort. We were allowed to check-in early as well for a little extra fee. The downsides were a massive construction of yet another high-density set of buildings fronting this unit's balcony, which all but ruined what would have been a great mini forest view, then of course the noise that comes with the construction. The resort would have been better if developed with low-rise bldgs not exceeding tree-tops w/o altering landscapes. But what can one expect from an SMDC development? At the beach, we suspect silted material was mixed w/ the sand, we had to cover our eyes every time the wind blew.

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. The scenic view of Taal lake from the property was breathtaking. It’s in a fantastic, walkable area – we were able to explore local cafes and parks easily. The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space itself was cozy and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Probably the coziest apartment with the best interior design at pico de loro. It's close to the country club and a nice walk to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for bringing your own supplies. Marlon is friendly and his caretaker was quick to help.
