Spectacular sea views in quaint Kalk Bay

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Hideaway nestled between beach and mountain

This little studio apartment is in a beautiful garden setting on the lower mountain slopes of Muizenberg. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and small kitchen with a one-plate conduction stove, and other essentials. The Muizenberg surfing beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. Beautiful coastal and mountain walks are easily accessible, as are local shops, restaurants and cafes. The popular Bluebird neighbourhood market is a great place to sample locally made food, beers and wine on a Friday.

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

Our first-floor apartment is located just steps from the beach (30 sec). Where you'll find restaurants, and shops, the supermarket is only a 4 min walk! In our cozy bedroom you find a Queen-size bed extra-length, Double-glazed windows and dimmable lighting. Living area: Large windows with blinds for privacy. A desk to get work done, our WiFi is not affected by loadschedding! A 58” Smart TV with Netflix The Building has 24/7 security, only fingerprint access, same for underground parking

The apartment is located at a prime spot on Surfers corner, Muizenberg beachfront. The ocean is literally on your doorstep with access to many restaurants, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and has a double volume ceiling with access to WIFI, a smart TV & Netflix. There is a stunning patio bench which is perfect for morning coffee or to spend the day working outside. This apartment is perfect for a sea side getaway weekend or a holiday stay.

Close to the M5 and Muizenberg this room in a quiet and peaceful suburb offers you the perfect base to explore Cape Town. Waking up in nature, surrounded by birdlife, will make you think twice if you should leave home to explore more of the beautiful Cape. Marina da Gama is close to the famous surfer beach of Muizenberg , the pittoresk Kalkbay , on the way to Cape Point or the Winelands driving along the ocean beaches of False Bay. Driving to Town is uncomplicated and takes 20 min.

My comfortable, tastefully-decorated & well-equipped apartment is located in a beach-front building at Muizenberg's famous Surfer's Corner. The building has excellent security; including finger-print access control and 24-hour concierges at the front entrance. There is a free private parking bay in the basement. The WiFi router has a dedicated UPS - so the WiFi works even when the electricity is off. Please note that the apartment does not have a sea view.

Sunny *solar-powered* Studio at the Stone House

The Studio at the Stone House is a self-catering cottage, just 200m from the beach. It's tucked away behind one of Muizenberg's oldest houses (dating 1901) on a quiet road in the village. The studio is light and modern, especially equipped for your comfort and convenience. It's best feature is probably the large wind-free private patio for outdoor lounging and alfresco dining. AND we're solar-powered, so you have uninterrupted access to wifi!

Sleep in the trees in a unique retreat overlooking False Bay. Perched on the Muizenberg Mountain-side, the Owl House offers guests a unique garden stay with a distinct tree-house feel and is a short walk away from the buzz of Muizenberg village and its famous beachfront. The self-contained 30m2, solar-powered bungalow is separate from the main house, with a kitchenette, work and dining space, & uncapped fibre, making it perfect for WFH.
