The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.

It is conveniently located near Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley. A bus route is just steps away from the condo to take you to Powder Mountain. The town of Eden offers a grocery store (Valley Market) to stock up on your needs for home cooked meals. There are also several local restaurants nearby for a easy dinner out.
