Welcome to Casita Sarita, Your Urban Escape! A large, beautiful, light-filled studio in the heart of SE Portland, walking distance to everything. I have eliminated my cleaning fee for 1-2 night stays because I understand the frustration of so many fees, and short stays tend to need less cleaning time. This is the only fee I can control, so I hope it's helpful. On site professional MASSAGE(by me!) available. Please make yourself at home, relax, and rejuvenate. I look forward to hosting you!

This newly renovated, spacious, and luxurious studio apartment with its own private entrance and plenty of natural light is located in the Rose City Park neighborhood of Portland. You will be right in the heart of the city — close to both downtown and PDX. Restaurants, coffee shops, a wine shop, a brewery, a bagel shop, a grocery store, a golf course, and parks are all within easy walking distance. There is plenty of free street parking, as well as access to multiple types of public transit.

Ten minute drive to major Portland attractions such as the Pearl, Powell bookstore, the Japanese garden Relax in our mid century modern living room or walk in our treelined neighborhood to coffee shops and restaurants.

Charming, pet friendly 2 bedroom, 1 bath in hip Montavilla neighborhood. Great restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee and movie theater just a 3 minute walk away. Full use of space. Nice deck with views of Mt. Hood. Large back yard with two fire pits, one gas and one wood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.
