The place was perfect for us. Close to downtown, groceries and parks. I loved how close we were to the park and was able to run the nature trail a couple of times after just walking out the door and a half a block down the street. Communication was excellent. If we were to go to Dayton again we would stay again!

Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

This apartment was just as described, and perfect for my needs. I visit OH a couple of times a year and from now on this little gem will be my first choice! It’s clean, cozy, and centrally located.

The studio was comfortable and very clean! Mike is a great host, and provided suggestions of things to do in the area. If you are a light sleeper definitely bring a white noise machine or box fan, there is a train track and very busy fire station next door. There are foam earplugs for your use though. Overall I would recommend this studio and would definitely stay there again!

Great studio apartment. Easy check in and clear instructions. Super clean. I really appreciate the cleanliness, easy parking and all the extra amenities. It’s obvious that this unit is well cared for and we would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay. I was impressed with the kitchen, very well stocked for an air bnb! I let the host know, but the bed linens & towels need replaced. The sheets were pilled up and pillows very flat. The towels are old and a bit musty. Once some of those get replaced this stay will really be a gem.

The property is nice and clean. It’s in a great location and the host communicates very well. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying in Ian’s house, he was very easy to communicate with and if we had any issues he would help us out in anyway he could. We had a problem with our oven and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one which was really nice of him. His house is lovely with lots of space and privacy in a nice garden and porch that I liked to sit outside in the sun. Would highly recommend , and we will return when we can.

This house was nice for me and my family. With all the essentials you may need and everything was easy to find. The neighborhood was nice and it was close to a lot of things . We felt right at home.

Fabrice’s place was exactly as pictured. The couch/recliner was very comfortable as were the beds. He supplies all sorts of toiletries - shampoo, shower gel & bar soap, tooth brushes, tooth paste & mouth wash, lotion, etc. There are plenty of towels and plenty of hot water for our group of 4 adults. The place was clean and homey and the TV was amazing! Fabrice is a wonderful host and very responsive. He brought items we requested as well as many additional items for the kitchen which is well stocked with dishes & cooking items. The neighborhood was very quiet and was central to everything we planned to do. It was also so convenient to have the washer & dryer. I would recommend this home without hesitation and we plan to stay there again when the 4 of us visit our brother in Dayton.

loved the house was very beautiful and cozy loved the fenced yard so my 2 dogs could go outside without the worry of them getting loose would 100% stay here again!!!!!!!

I was a little apprehensive renting a room in a condo but I was welcomed the moment I arrived and felt at home right away...host gives you your space but is also there if you need her. Only thing that was not perfect... is the bed was too firm for my sleeping preference.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Great spot! Easy to get in and out of, and we appreciated the owner’s flexibility.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!

My mom and I stayed here while attending a competition at the WEC. This place was super cute and super clean! Trish was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if showing at the WEC again.
