This apartment is a twin to our 'Pilot Lounge' airbnb located across the hall. Two adults can sleep in a dedicated bedroom on a queen bed while your third guest sleeps on a twin roll-away bed. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking with a fridge, Keurig, oven, microwave and toaster plus tableware. There's a 42" TV paired with an apple TV loaded with multiple apps. Alexa provides info and light control. Two window a/c keep the place cool. Free parking is available in the adjacent public lot.

The Artist's Studio

Walk to the most popular wedding and event venues in Dayton, just steps from The Steam Plant, The Brightside and the Top of the Market. Almost every aspect, from the cabinets to the floors of this studio apartment was custom made by a local woodworker/artist from local salvaged hardwoods. Located in the East Dayton Arts District you will be within easy distance to all the best spots in Downtown Dayton. Walk over to the farmers market or enjoy exploring the artists studios at Front Street.
