Je recommande ce logement à 100 % ! Les hôtes sont disponibles, réactifs, très serviables et sympathiques. Le logement est conçu pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence. Il est bien situé pour prendre les trains desservant les Cinque Terre, et le centre-ville est accessible en 10 minutes à pied. Nous y avons séjourné avec un bébé : une chaise haute, des couverts, une assiette et un lit parapluie étaient mis à disposition dès notre arrivée. Une chose est sûre : si nous devons revenir dans la région, nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour ces quelques jours !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en grande partie grâce au confort et plaisir de notre hébergement car la météo était capricieuse. La beauté de la régions associée au plaisir de l'hébergement très bien placé, avec des espaces privatifs, ouverts , frais... grâce à la végétation nous donne envie de reprogrammer un séjour prochainement...en espérant pouvoir relouer cette partie de maison généreusement mise à disposition par les hôtes ! Un grand merci !!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

My sister and I stayed in this amazing apartment for three weeks and really enjoyed Viareggio! Elisabetta was so helpful and came to check in with us on a few details we struggled with (the water container in the dryer)!! And Andrea was so helpful to check us in a little early and even carried our bags up to three flights of stairs! Just a few things to be aware of, it is a lot of stairs, (so American third-floor and UK/European second floor), but Worth it because once you are in the apartment, it is very comfortable! The beds are very firm, but we finally got used to them. Overall I would say it’s a wonderful place and we would definitely stay there again! The management is wonderful, and very kind, so you can’t go wrong with this place!

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung mit super schönem Pool und einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

Elena è un host attenta e sempre disponibile. La casa è bene arredata, curata nei minimi dettagli e con tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi. Consiglio sia per l’host che per l’alloggio!

Appartement spacieux et propre Proche de la gare, facilement accessible à pied. Supérette et nombreux restaurants à quelques pas de l’immeuble. Salle de bain et douche un peu petite et cuisine pas très pratique car on y circule pas facilement Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition d’un sèche linge car nous avons séjourné sur des jours pluvieux

Un soggiorno veramente riposante e confortevole, ma al tempo stesso vicino a Tutti i servizi … Inoltre è di una Bellezza unica, molto curato nei dettagli e nella Pulizia. E’ dotato di ampi spazi sia Interni che esterni con molto verde perfettamente Tenuto e Mantenuto con discrezione… Dotato di Tutto quanto necessario e non … perfettamente pulito ed utilizzabile… che dire… un vero paradiso gestito da Persone Uniche, Bravissime in Tutto e sempre Gentili e Disponibili… Grazie di Cuore

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso la struttura di Stefano. Ci siamo trovati veramente tanto bene, spazi pulitissimi, perfetti in coppia ed in gruppo.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Rossana. Hôte très accueillante. Logement propre et très bien décoré. Le logement se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la gare de La Spezia, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour visiter les 5 terres, tout en étant loin de la foule. Merci

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Alba & Morgan left a wonderful welcome treat for us and made it so easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and had everything we need. We loved that the house had two balconies. The three bedroom areas worked great for us (two bedrooms and a nice bed in a common area). The location was great. We misread the instructions on how to get there and went the wrong way (be sure to go *through* the tunnel, not past the tunnel). We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza, visited all five towns, and loved our time in Cinque Terre.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Olive Press Lodge - leider zu kurz. Das Anwesen ist so schön und liebevoll gepflegt, wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut "nach Hause" zu kommen. Wir wurden von Thomas sehr freundlich und offen empfangen und er hatte auch in den kommenden Tagen stets ein offenens Ohr, hatte kostbare Tipps und war hilfbereit - auf eine angenehme, unaufdringliche Weise. Wir haben es geschätzt, dass sie nebenan wohnen, wir fühlten uns zu Hause und Willkommen. Das Haus selber hat alles, was man braucht, man kann sich sofort wohl und angekommen fühlen. Wir hatten auch Regentage und haben es genossen, dass es drin so geräumig und so gemütlich ist. Die Olivenhaine drumherum und der schöne Garten, der, wie alles, liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet und gepflegt ist, runden das Ganze wundervoll ab. Für uns war es rundum perfekt und ich kann jedem diesen wunderbaren Platz nur wärmstens empfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Sestri Levante per qualche giorno e questa sistemazione è stata perfetta! L'appartamento è pulito, ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è eccellente per raggiungere i siti di maggiore interesse. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentili e molto disponibili. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, torneremmo volentieri!

Sehr schönes, bis ins kleinste Detail gestaltetes Stadthaus mit großer Dachterrasse. Strand und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Michelin-Restaurant ist nur ein paar Häuser weiter. Super Ausstattung und auf jeden Fall etwas für Design-Fans.

We loved the place. With two young kids it was the perfect location to stay… not too busy and close proximity to the water. Would highly recommend.

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Wonderful Stay in Lerici – Perfect Location & Fantastic Host! We absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, and all the beautiful spots in Lerici. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. What really made our experience special was the host. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always quick to respond to any questions. When the heating wasn’t working one evening, they immediately sent someone over to fix it, which we really appreciated. They also gave us amazing local recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made our trip even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be tricky, but the host made everything so easy for us. They provided a cot, a high chair, and even some toys, which made our stay much more comfortable for the whole family. We had such a fantastic time and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Lerici.

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Agos was very responsive and informative from the start to the end of the booking. Giving clear and visual instructions on how to get to the accommodation and also giving information on what was happening in the area during our stay. He was very helpful in answering questions regarding the trains too. The apartment itself was perfect, it had every appliance you could think of, it was very clean and very comfortable. The setting was beautiful looking out over the square and sea. Thank you Agos for a lovely stay in your wonderful apartment. It was such a relaxing stay each evening after walking the Cinque Terre during the daytime. I would highly recommend this accommodation in Vernazza.

Tommaso, Sohn von Deborah, hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und ebenso die Wohnung selber. Einzig WLAN und Storen im Schlafzimmer könnte man verbessern. Sonst super, danke.

L’appartement est joliment décoré, bien équipé et très confortable. Il est à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans la région, et notamment pour aller aux cinq terres ou vers Portofino, mais a également l’inconvénient d’être bruyant en raison du passage régulier des trains. Nous recommandons néanmoins ce logement qui nous a beaucoup plu.

Appartamento ordinato e pulito. Si trova in una zona molto comoda di San Terenzo, vicino al mare e al supermercato. Il posto auto vicino alla casa è un grande plus. Oste (Fondazione Manlio Canepa) chiara nella comunicazione, celere e proattiva.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
