Had a great time with family at The Breakaway despite the not so great weather. Ray is a great host who responds quickly. Would definitely book this location again.

Perfect venue for a Thanksgiving getaway with our whole family. Rather than having out of town family staying at hotels, we could all stay together in a comfortable home with a beautiful view.

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Dorry’s place! The living room and kitchen is surprisingly spacious and feels so open & inviting because of the outdoor deck space and view of water. We hope to be back again!

We had a lovely time at Matthew and Celia's place. It is a beautiful home, not a generic rental but clearly loved and well taken care of. We were given really helpful instructions for how to find it and for anything we needed, and a sweet note and snacks were waiting for us when we got there. Thank you!

The house had stunning views from every room on all floors. The kitchen was well-equipped for our large family. The owner’s responses to questions about the property were prompt and helpful. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub since it was too early in the season for the swimming pool. My family agreed we would rent again if a reunion is planned.

Karen's place is clean, spacious, comfortable, located just across the street from the beach, with a nice back deck and upstairs balcony. Pet-friendly is a plus. We had everything we needed and a very relaxing stay. The kitchen is especially nice with lots of counter space, and multiple coffee makers (which we appreciated!). Note the beds are soft, so if you are used to a firm mattress, that may be an issue. Karen is very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home- everything appeared brand new and in excellent condition. Courtney was great to communicate with- and kind enough to let us check in a little bit early since the place was open. We are definitely hoping to come back again!

We had an amazing stay at Michael’s Airbnb this past weekend! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Michael was a fantastic host: super responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the setting was even more beautiful in person. My group of 4 loved this house in EH Springs. We were out east for a long weekend for a wedding, 4 adults. The pool is huge, the backyard had plenty of room to spread out, and there were plenty of supplies for outside (cushions, towels, etc). The bedrooms were comfortable and spotless, as were the bathrooms and kitchen. Dariusz and Patricia left us a really nice welcome gift (wine, snacks, a cake!) and a handwritten card. We felt very welcome - every detail was thought of - the house was fully stocked with coffee, condiments, lots to get us started when we arrived. We agree with other reviewers - while the pictures here are accurate, they don't do the house justice!! I really hope to come back :)

We had a fabulous stay at Spencer and Maddie's! Their house is lovely and perfect for a cozy family getaway. We especially loved the kitchen - stocked with all the necessary appliances, the fireplace and a welcoming family room. The house is tucked away in a quiet area, steps away from the beach and a short drive / jogging distance away from Greenport and its lovely cafes, nearby wineries and the beauty of North Fork. We appreciate how friendly, welcoming and responsive Spencer and Maddie were and look forward to coming back!

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

We absolutely loved staying at Christine’s beautiful home! The place was immaculate, and we particularly enjoyed the pool and fire pit. The location was perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, and within walking distance of the water. Christine was an amazing host, letting us check in early and check out late. She also texted to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. She even stopped by to share some great recommendations and ensure we knew how to use the house and pool code. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Maura was an excellent host and the home was perfect! We enjoyed the weekend very much and cannot thank Maura enough for her kindness, responsiveness, warm hearted spirit, and for opening up her home to us. Will always keep this spot in mind for future SI adventures!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Brandon’s home in Montauk - the house was amazing, with great water views, and Brandon was both proactive and responsive in making our weekend perfect. We would love to come back, maybe once the weather is a bit warmer!

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

We had such a great time at this beach house! The place was super clean, and everything was easy to find. The directions were clear, and the host was awesome—gave us great ideas for things to do in the area. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Donald was an excellent host - he was super responsive, checked us into the house himself, and offered tons of recommendations of things to do for the weekend. The house was incredible and our group had so much fun - the pool, hot tub, outside deck and overall space was great. 10/10 stay!

Perfect place to stay in Montauk! Beautiful private beach, close to town and the house provided everything you could need (plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, cookware, etc.) the grill and all the beach accessories provided really added to the trip. Will stay here again!
