Upstairs two bedroom apartment located in College View area just a short walk across the street to Presbyterian College. Perfect for campus visits, tours, and sporting events. Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

This charming & private studio cottage is located in Spartanburg's downtown historic district Hampton Heights. Guests will find a comfortable queen size bed w/(medium) memory foam mattress, full bathroom, closet, & complete kitchen amenities. Located less than a mile from restaurants, bars, m-league ball park & shops of Downtown Spartanburg, and close to Converse Univ., VCOM & Wofford College, this cozy studio cottage is the perfect place to rest your head after a busy day visiting the Upstate.

Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

Quaint/rustic, perfect for private stays.

Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

Go back to a simpler time in this totally restored 1969 Concord Traveler at Kingfish Farms. Located just a mile and a half from the quaint town of Woodruff, SC. and a little over 2 miles from I-26. Our 20 acre farm gives you plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors and get back to nature. Relax and rejuvenate in our traditional Finnish sauna and outdoor shower. Take a walk through our wooded trail and visit the goats and pigs. Enjoy the covered front porch, fire pit, and grill.

Birch Cottage

This fully renovated, king-bed guesthouse offers a peaceful, airy stay perfect for parents of college students, couples on a getaway, business travelers, and more. You'll enjoy a full kitchen, stocked coffee bar, spacious bathroom, and stylish living room with RokuTV. Parking is onsite with a private driveway and entrance. This puts you 10-15 minutes from downtown Spartanburg, including Converse, Wofford, and Spartanburg Methodist Colleges, and 20 minutes from USC Upstate.

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Lovely Tiny Home on Scenic Horse Farm!

Perfect for a romantic or solo getaway, a sight-seeing trip, or just passing through! This 360 square foot tiny home feels spacious and is convenient with the one story floor plan, high ceilings, natural light, and basic amenities for your stay. There is NOT a TV but there is high speed WiFi is for use on your own device! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.
