Came to town with a full crew of friends and family from all over to help a cousin whose house flooded while she wasn’t in town. The perfect place to all gather, eat, relax and rest well after working hard all day. I can’t imagine how awesome it is in the summer. Great host.

What a fabulous place. Took me and my husband right back to the 1970s. Gorgeous 270° view of a very beautiful lake. Very peaceful, comfortable with all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy. Master bed was so comfortable. I wanted to buy it. Beautiful plants all over with humongous 16 foot sliding glass doors overlooking the lake. Plenty of interesting books to read and hundreds and hundreds of albums to listen to from the 40s to the 80s. Michael and Ivy were very accommodating with recommendations and we’re available at any time with questions and such. We will absolutely stay there again, considering it actually as a yearly getaway. This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The view was amazing and we had so much fun kayaking around the lake. As a mom, it’s so nice staying at a home that provides a high chair and crib. It makes packing for the weekend less stressful. The beds were super comfy and the home was extremely clean and cozy. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a great time, very cute house. We enjoyed the creek and lake view. We loved spending time by the fire pit. We even got to see a fox a few of the nights there. Really was very relaxing and would recommend.

The house was very clean, easy to get to, easy check-in, wonderful communication, a welcome note on arrival (and a bottle of wine for valentine's day - thank you very much). The kitchen had everything we needed. This house was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely come back when skiing in the area again!

Wonderful experience staying in this home. The river-view was a delight. Our little group was made up of two-couples who enjoyed spending the evenings around the firepit and hot tub, and "casting" recent vacation photos from our phones to the smart TVs to share. It was a short drive from everything we wanted. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Alicia and Jamie’s home in Livingston Manor. The home itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. And the property was fantastic- beautiful and very private yet close to town. Speaking of the town, Livingston Manor is charming and definitely worth exploring, as is nearby Roscoe. Overall a great time. We look forward to returning.

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

We had a fantastic stay at Frank's place! It's perfectly located in upstate New York, near the borders of Massachusetts and Connecticut, with plenty of great hikes and outdoor activities nearby. The house feels very private and sits right on the edge of a peaceful pond, which made for a relaxing getaway. Inside, everything was spotless, modern, and spacious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Scott is amazing! The airbnb was incredible! Lovely placed filled for immense and loving memories. He allowed me a late Check-Out which was wonderful. Definitely recommend you guys coming more often!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy and peaceful lakeview home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the beautiful views. The only challenge we had was accessing the lake for kayaking — the house is across the street from the water, and we couldn’t find a clear public entry point. The neighbors weren’t comfortable with us crossing through their property, so it made it a bit tricky to get the kayaks into the lake. Aside from that, everything was great, and we really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Rich!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

The Fox’s Den was amazing to host a family of 11! Open floor concept made it nice to cook and still communicate with family members in the living room! Beautiful fire pit outside. Plenty of games to play if you get snow in April like we did! Overall, amazing stay. Definitely recommended for large groups:)

Loved Ellie's place. Martina was an amazing host and made it very easy for us to enjoy this beautiful property. Highly recommended if your looking to relax and get back to nature. Looking forward to returning.

Loved this aribnb. Would def recommend to anyone considering. The huge windows looking out to the lake make this Airbnb so worth it. Everything is decorated perfectly in the interior as well. We definitely could see ourselves retuning.

Matthew was a great host. Not only does he have the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in but the view from the house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and had enough room for all 7 of us to be comfortable! Thumbs up for the breakfast bar seats as my children would only sit there and loved it! The hot tub was always an amazing 104 degrees and so nice to just rest in. The washing machine was huge and allowed me to wash everything before I went home which was super convenient ! would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, there is a delicious ice cream shop in the small town , it's super cute! thanks again Matthew!

Great place to stay with family, plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the fishing and kayak. This lake house was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Fenced in yard was great for the dog.

John & Laurie’s home was warm and inviting for our group’s New Years holiday. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and a well stocked kitchen. We weren’t able to make use of the lake because it was January but enjoyed walks around the property and the incredible bird sightings ! Bedrooms were cozy and the home is clean and well sized for a big group. Thanks so much !

Na een paar dagen NY city zijn we met gezin (3 kids) naar het lake house gegaan en hebben genoten! De kinderen vonden dit verblijf leuker dan de stad:-): kano, zwemmen en vissen. Ook ontbijt in super leuk tentje, Bethel Market, idem een aanrader. Kortom, een verblijf met goede energie en sfeer!

Rosane and Daniel's place was great. Very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with everything we needed.
