Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

I had a wonderful stay at Victor's place in Ventura. It is in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the beach with several restaurants and shops within walking distance - Duke's in particular was a great place with good food and local flavor. The beds were comfortable and the backyard space was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. The house was spotless, quiet, and just the right size—plus, it was super cute and cozy. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the beach and plenty of nearby spots, and just a short 10-minute drive to places like State Street and the Public Market. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’m already recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara!

We had everything we needed, plenty of space and were very comfortable during our stay. We were visiting our son at UCSB and the location couldn't have been better. The trails right outside the door were beautiful and a nice treat. We hope the place is available next time we visit!

Beautiful well kept property. Location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was a further walk to shops and restaurants but doable (we much preferred being closer to the beach) It was nice to have our dog with us both at the apartment and the beach. 3 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 4 beach towels were available for use. We appreciated the cleanliness and the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook during our visit) The only thing that would’ve made our stay better is a mattress topper on the queen bed to make it a little softer because the mattress is very firm. We highly recommend staying here!

Sebastian's place is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The entrance and exit instructions were clear, and communication was perfect. The home has lots of lovely light and windows -but also blackout curtains for those who prefer them. The location was EXCELLENT - just a few minutes from the beach and less than a ten minute walk to State Street shops, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. It was a delightful weekend!

Our stay at Tiffany's Oxnard beach house was absolutely incredible, and it deserves nothing less than a 5-star review! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful decor and the attention to detail in every corner of the house. The layout was both inviting and functional, with a perfect combination of elegance and cozy beach vibes. We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

Marty and Carey's home was a perfect place for our friends' reunion! The home is spacious, clean, comfortable, and with great decor. The kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the openness of it. The couches and beds were very comfortable for lounging and sleeping. The backyard is so beautiful and peaceful, we spent most of our free time out on the patio, and the kids loved the swings. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone, and we enjoyed being so close to the mesa bluffs and the private beach. We can't wait to come back again!

Amazing would be an understatement. My wife, 2yr old son and I had a great time. The place was kid friendly and so close to the beach to be able to go in the morning, 2 minute walk back for nap time and head back to the beach after. Corner lot was great for easy parking and not having to hike inwards to the house with stuff. Great location and neighborhood was quiet. Would stay again and again. If I could give 10 stars I would.

This place is one to go back to. The home is beautiful, the view and location are awesome. The accessibility to the beach is so fun. Our family had an amazing time here. It had everything we needed to enjoy the house and ourselves. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Karen’s place for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The space is pristine, open, and well equipped. Super walkable, but also has everything you need for a night in. The top floor is basically an apartment unto itself - comfortable sitting area, large patio with chairs, and a huge king size bed along with a walk-in closet and bathroom. If you’re staying in Silverstrand, this is your spot - we will be back!

You cannot beat the views from this little slice of heaven! The waves are literally at your doorstep. We spotted dolphins and seals each morning and enjoyed watching the surfers in the afternoons. The unit was clean and well stocked. It worked perfectly for our family weekend!

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

This was my best Airbnb experience ever. Listing was spot on. Living space is like out of a magazine. Ideal walking location, and gorgeous safe neighborhood. Not a tourist location. Made our vacation.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Amanda’s place was exactly what we were looking for— calm, close to the beach, walkable, and comfortable. We stayed there with our son (8 months), and Amanda provided us a crib, seat, and bathtub which made our stay that much easier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place next to the beach with their partner or small family.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
