Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. It has all the modern amenities: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, equipped kitchen and bathroom, and a small library. Also, our guests receive a welcoming bottle of homemade wine and olive oil. Our family house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house built only 6 m from the sea on the property of 1500 sqm hidden in the shadow of 50 year old Mediterranean trees. Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

The brand new, one-bedroom apartment is situated on the remote 4000 sqm estate on the edge of a crystal clear water lagoon on the west coast of the Adriatic Isle of Brac. It is surrounded by pine forest and an olive grove, one minute's walk from a small, secluded beach for you. The estate itself is 5 km (3 miles) away from a small, picturesque fishing port of Milna, and the road that leads to the estate is half tarmac half dirt road 2,5 km.
