The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Stoney Nook Cottage

Relax and unwind in this beautifully stylish space with wood burning fire. Located in central Guisborough, juts 2 minutes walk from the main town and shops, this stunning cottage has everything you need to relax. Beaches within a fifteen minute drive, stunning walks and North Yorkshires famous Roseberry Topping on the door step. The cottage boasts smart TVs throughout with super fast broadband and modern appliances. It hosts a master bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom

Townhouse in Stokesley

A delightfully old, mid-terraced townhouse situated in the conservation area of West Green, Stokesley. The house has been sympathetically decorated and furnished to reflect its heritage, with a beautiful collection of traditional, upcycled and vintage inspired furniture to support independent, local businesses. We are dog friendly. Outside we have a secure, seated courtyard. Stokesley and the local area hosts all manner of restaurants and cafes, many of which are dog-friendly.

The Lodge at Viewley Hill Farm

Viewley Hill Farm Lodge is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroomed wooden lodge on a working farm. Situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting, the lodge has stunning views of the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. Guests can enjoy a range of walks in the local area including some that can be accessed directly from the farm. The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Mews Cottage within Yarm with private parking

Mews cottage situated in a private mews, with the benefit of two private car parking spaces*. The property comprises; open plan lounge/fitted kitchen/diner, a large kingsize bedroom and separate family bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor. A further loft bedroom has twin beds (or joined as a superking) and a further single bed. *The private car park is not immediately adjacent to the property so there is no accessible electric charging point for electric cars.

The property boasts a roof terrace to enjoy and a private courtyard. A nearby footpath onto the river tees that takes you to tees barrage international white water center where you can take part in numerous water activities. It is also home to the Air trail climbing a cafe and pub.

A cosy Shepherd's hut within our peaceful enchanted forest, situated on a plant based animal rescue sanctuary. The enchanted forest has it's own camping shower, covered outdoor kitchen area with tea making facilities, new firepit seated section and eco friendly compost toilet Being an animal sanctuary we request that no meat be brought on to site please. Wake to the sound of nature. A lovely, tranquil get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
