Enjoy nature in a beautiful peaceful setting with 100 acres of privately owned property. Breathtaking panoramic views spanning 45 miles in a tranquil natural spot with hiking trails throughout. Handicap accessible. Within a short drive of 2 major ski resorts, the Flight 93 Memorial and 2 wineries. Several restaurants and a brewery also within a 15 minute drive. The property includes an outside firepit that is a favorite place for guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views of the mountains.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

The Cabin at Dove Harbour Farm is a hidden gem in the Laurel Highlands! Stay at our fully furnished, modern rustic cabin with amenities suitable for a cozy getaway, any day of the week. The cabin offers a great "home base" to explore the beautiful Laurel Highlands, enjoy quiet relaxation at the farm, or travel to destinations along the 911 National Memorial Trail. The Mason Family is dedicated to providing a memorable lodging experience for our guests, and look forward to seeing you again!

House on the Hill

Located an easy block from the GAP trail, our house is located in a quiet and friendly family oriented area. You may hear the train occasionally but very little traffic noise. The house was fully renovated in 2023 and has all new beds, linens and living room furniture. It is on the edge of town and less than a block from the GAP bike trail, and has lockable bike storage. One bedroom has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have two twin beds each. All bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.

Martha's Cabin is a perfectly tucked away yet with everything you need nearby.

Our House on the GAP Bike Trail

Our house in Meyersdale is a single-family house just a block from the GAP bike trail on a quiet street and walking distance to the middle of town. The house is ideal for travelers riding the GAP, skiers visiting the slopes nearby, or those looking for some quiet time in the country. Ideal for individuals or small families. (Pls note: Trains come through town and the whistles can be heard during the day or night. There is also a fire whistle to alert volunteers to emergencies.)

Our retreat is centrally located in the sweet little town of Meyersdale! Just minutes off the bike trail, this spacious home offers easy parking, an accessible ramp, and plenty of room for you and your crew to relax and enjoy what Somerset County has to offer. Somerset County has so many adventures waiting for you!

Upstairs on the Avenue

Just two blocks from the Great Allegany Passage rail trail, our apartment is a great stop while bicycling on the trail. Or a wonderful rest spot when visiting the Laurel Highlands. Whether visiting family and friends or one of our area's festivals and fairs such as the Pennsylvania Maple Festival or the Somerset County Fair, our apartment is a great space.

We are a complete 1400 square foot basement apartment in a beautiful panoramic country setting. Located just 30 minutes from Fallingwater and Ohiopyle State Park. Only 20 minutes from Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Laurel Ridge... Laurel Hill... and Kooser State Parks and Flight 93.
