The house of Miriam was very good! And also the communication with Miriam and the cooking class was excellent :) Highly recommend!

Logement parfait ! On était agréable surpris par le calme et le paysage. Voiture indispensable pour y accéder (assez puissante, on avait une c3 c’était pas fou).

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

La casa è carina, in stile tradizionale con molte decorazioni interessanti. E' a circa un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla stazione di Rastignano (c'è un po' di salita da affrontare). Altrimenti ci sono vari parcheggi nelle vicinanze. In più, Maria Rosa è stata sempre disponibile. Forse l'unica cosa su cui stare attenti è che c'è una scala a chiocciola abbastanza ripida per andare un bagno, per me non è stato un problema ma persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie potrebbero fare fatica.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

La casa è splendida, arredata con grande gusto, pulitissima e luminosissima. La posizione tranquilla permette di godersi il relax della campagna intorno a Bologna e nel contempo di visitare i dintorni e le cittadine più belle dell’Emilia. Francesco e sua moglie sono stati host gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Soggiorno a 5 stelle!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Cristina's beautiful penthouse in the city center of Bologna. The apartment is perfectly situated, just a short walk from all of Bologna’s major attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with elegant décor that made us feel right at home. The rooms under the roof were cozy and full of character, and the terraces were a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire space was peaceful, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Cristina and her daughter were wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided us with great assistance during check-in and check-out, and even helped us with the car entry pass for the city center—super helpful! Bologna itself is a gem, with a vibrant, joyful atmosphere, and we truly loved experiencing the local way of life. We can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again.

Августа и её сын очень помогли нам в трудной ситуации. Дело в том, что мы улетали рано утром в праздник и не могли заказать такси , так как при заказе требовался итальянский номер телефона, и, кроме того, не все в Италии работают по ночам, да ещё и в праздник. Августа не только нашла нам фирму, но и связывалась с ней не один раз и контролировала, чтобы ничего не сорвалось. Если бы не она, у нас могла бы быть большая проблема. Что же касается самого жилья, то всё так как в описании. Чисто и тихо. Много места, хорошая кухня, 2 ванные комнаты. Мы были без машины и пользовались исключительно поездом и автобусом. 5-10 мин от дома. Побывали во Флоренции, Милане, Венеции, Риминни и, конечно же часто гуляли по великолепной Болонии. Практически не пользовались кухней, так как завтракали напротив дома в милой кофейне для местных, а ужинали, также напротив дома, в пиццерии. Всё очень вкусно и доступно. Очень рекомендуем это место для проживания во время вашего путешествия. Спасибо Августа!

Mirko è un host super gentile, risponde rapidamente, la comunicazione è chiara e ha assecondato ogni mia richiesta! L’appartamento è grazioso e funzionale, in tranquilla zona verde e residenziale nelle immediate vicinanze del Policlinico e del polo universitario. Consigliatissimo!

Das Apartment ist nur wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt, dafür relativ ruhig. Die Sauberkeit, Betten und Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Das Appartment ist grosszügig geschnitten, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt einen schönen grossen Esstisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten. Für grössere Gruppen/Familien ist die Unterkunft sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Dicht an der Altstadt, kleine Läden, Eisdielen und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Francesco ist ein 1A Gastgeber. Sehr hilfreich, immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend. Wir können das Appartment umd den Gastgeber zu 100 % empfehlen.

We stayed in Rosa Bianca’s apartment for one month and found it to be very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped for a long stay. It is in an excellent neighborhood convenient to grocery stores, a good bakery, and a lovely park. Rosa Bianca communicated very well and responded quickly to our messages. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment very much and hope to stay again when we return to Bologna.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung und auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war, kann ich es empfehlen.

Alberto war ein toller Gastgeber. Kommunikation auf deutsch möglich. Er antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten. Ist immer erreichbar. Hat uns bei der Heizung sofort geholfen. Daher haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist top. Direkt in der Innenstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto immer direkt vor der Wohnung parken können, da wir vom Vermieter einen Park-Pass bekommen haben. Wir hatten auch Glück, dass immer ein freier Platz verfügbar war. 5 von 5 Sternen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Siamo stati nella villa durante il periodo di Pasqua. La villa é immersa tra le colline e questo rende il posto ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla solita routine quotidiana. All'interno é accogliente, fornita di ogni confort, pulita e con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Adatta a famiglie e coppie. I servizi sono facilmente raggiungibili e in zona si trova tutto. L'host é cordiale, accogliente e disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ottima esperienza che consiglio.

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Questo luogo è stato perfetto per le nostre esigenze, avendo prenotato la villa intera per un ritiro di lavoro con 10 persone. Ognuno ha avuto il proprio spazio nelle stanze private e i spazi in comune - il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo, e la cucina - sono stati più che ampi, perfetti per passare questi giorni insieme come gruppo! Vittoria è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile. Speriamo di tornare un'altra volta!

Die Villa ist sehr schön, gross und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto einen Supermarkt. Wir können es für 6 Personen empfehlen!

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!
