Drake was a great host.!! He was helpful & friendly. He is quick to answer any questions you may have. The house is situated in a nice quiet easy to find neighborhood and is very relaxing. The pool is clear and refreshing. Pool also stays very clean thanks to the surrounding protective screens. This also makes the pool a bug free zone.!! Thank you Drake.!!

The property was immaculate, offering a clean, comfortable, and peaceful getaway. Erin was an exceptional host-helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the beach and shopping. My only regret is not staying longer. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and the perfect set up for a large family group or a large group of friends. Clean and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Das Haus liegt perfekt zur Erkundung des Kennedy Space Centers. Es gibt einen Garten mit großer Palme :-). Das große Bett hat eine bequeme Matratze. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es gibt genug von allen Verbrauchsutensilien. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht, ist aber ausreichend.

Kali was amazing. She was so understanding she worked with me as much as she possibly could. She was there for me even when I ran out of supplies. She made sure that there were some shipped to the house. This lady is awesome and I think her so much I will definitely if I ever needed a place to stay in Palm Bay. I will definitely be at our house again

Great communication and perfect for what we needed for the little ones, 2 and 4. Even though it’s on a main road we didn’t feel it was overly noisy in the home. Would stay again!

Enjoyed our stay. My family enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and fishing from the dock. The neighbor across the road is just lovely and helpful. Would stay again.

Beyond my beach-front expectations! Location is literally on the beach. There’s a deck overlooking the ocean with stairs to the beach. Hosts live on-site so are handy for anything you may need, yet they give you your privacy. Place was immaculate. Bed was very comfortable with good pillows too. Lots of soft towels & wash clothes! A/c worked great and a fan provided perfect noise to sleep to. We used the beach chairs & umbrellas every day. I can’t recommend Marlene & Sherman’s place enough!! We will be back next year!!

It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just like it was described! Everything was very clean and it was only a 5 minute to Cocoa Village. Linda was a fantastic host!

This place was exactly as described. I was a little worried about the noise factor at night from the road, as others had mentioned, but I never heard a thing. So happy we found this little gem. It was maybe 20-30 min to get to the Mardi Gras cruise port and park. I would definitely stay here again.

Very family friendly and easy walk to the beach.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Melbourne, and it was a welcome surprise. We originally selected Patty's Upstairs Apartment (South) in Historic Home because my wife was really intrigued by the look of it. And what a comfortable space it is! I appreciated that it wasn't too far from my favorite beaches further south. We stayed for two full weeks. During our time, we made good use of the kitchen and the back patio. And the excellent assortment of books! I found Melbourne to be surprisingly quiet, especially when compared to some other neighboring cities. This property is only a few minutes walk from the historic downtown. And me, not usually the outdoorsy type, even found a wetlands hike that I and my wife both enjoyed. We discovered it was easy to get around town, there was plenty to keep us busy, parking was easy, and the weather was great. Even more, our hosts were attentive and very kind. If we do return to Melbourne some day, this would be our first choice.

We had so much fun staying at Genna’s place! Everything was spotless, and the decorations were so homey and cute! I had to write Genna during our stay, and she wrote back right away! Loved the laundry room right next door with free washer/dryer - that came in handy during our stay! They also have some fun sand toys and a highchair in there! Over all, couldn’t recommend Genna more! She was wonderful, and her place was perfect!!

I came for business and I was able to access wifi and even work outside efficiently. in my downtime, 1 block walk to the beach meant easy exercise and stress relief. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. I would rent this again for future work assignments and recommend it to colleagues and family.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Nice and cozy condo with a two minute walk to the beach. All beach essentials like towels, chairs and a sun umbrella were included. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The kitchen was equipped to prepare small and easy meals. Communication with host was friendly, straightforward and fast.

Es war schlicht super! Tolle Lage am schönen Strand. Unsere Teenagers haben die Wellen zum Boogieboarden genossen. Die Wohnung und auch die Pool-Anlage waren sehr gepflegt und äusserst sauber. Suzy war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sie hat uns proaktiv darauf hingewiesen, wenn Raketenstarts geplant waren, so dass wir dieses Spektakel von der Beach aus beobachten konnten.
