Cute place that was cozy and welcoming

My fiance and I recently stayed in the garden apartment for a long weekend. The location of the apartment is phenomenal! Our dog joined us for our stay and we loved walking down through the harbor every morning and going to eat at local restaurants like Pearl. A few things to note, the driveway is very tight, be mindful of parking if you drive a large vehicle. Lastly, the apartment was in need of a good clean- the floors had a coating of dirt, the couch, dining table and chairs were dirty. However, the linens, towels and other amenities were clean, and readily available. We enjoyed our stay and would return next season.

great little spot! we went to a wedding in the area and needed something close to the venue. this provided everything we needed: comfort and cleanliness :)

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

We had a great stay at Denise’s place! The place was exactly as described, with unique and thoughtful touches throughout. The place was spotless, very updated, and very private. We definitely would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-equipped, Monica truly thought of everything. The location was exceptional for day trips to nearby cities and attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to relax after our adventures. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Immaculate, comfortable and accurately advertised. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the deck to enjoy the beautiful weather. Close to nearby restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay again!

what a great stay. this is my first time using Airbnb and what a great experience. we frequent cape cod and we have always used the local hotels, never again. we have a large family and the home was perfect to accommodate us all. the owners did small but noticeable things like set two umbrellas by the door or reusable shopping bags. there was on site laundry which was great with little ones. there were many available cleaning tools to keep the home clean which made it very easy to keep the home as clean as we found it. some times in hotel rooms you get the unclean feeling, never once felt this while in this home. you can tell that they take pride in their property and maintain it as such. when you walked through the door there is a warm feeling, almost that your stepping through your home door not a rental property. thank you so much and we will be back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this AirBnB. The hosts were excellent communicators who ensured we had all of the information required for an easy check in and great stay. The location was perfect--quiet neighborhood, very close to the rail trail, and a central location on the Cape that made driving to several different areas easy. The home was so comfortable and incredibly clean! It had everything we needed for a great weekend getaway, and we felt right at home. This experience is what we hope for every time we use AirBnB. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Great house for a group. We fit 8 and had an awesome time. The back deck and lawn area are very nice and the kitchen/living room area comfortable. Close to Hyannis and beaches. Recommend!

Genainna’s place was great! It was very big so my group was comfortable with the beds available, there were many amenities and detailes like extra toothbrushes or other things that I thought were great! It is a beautiful home

What a great winter getaway spot! My wife and I love the cape (even in the winter when it’s much quieter) and Vasilios’s house was perfect for us and our two little kids. House was spacious, extremely clean, and close proximity to all the things we love. The communication was great all along the way, even during a moment of panic when we realized we forgot our Pack n Play, Vasilios quickly let us know the house had a spare. We had two great meals at The Den and Brax Landing just a few minutes from the house. We also hit the Red Cottage for breakfast right down the road and that was the perfect way to cap off a great long weekend post check out. We’re already talking about renting from Vasilios again for a week in the summer. Highly recommend.

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

Looooved the place! My family and I fell in love with the place. Amenities were aplenty and there were plenty of games/activities to play/do in the house. Everything was as pictured/described and the place was spacious and cozy at the same time. We ran low on an item and Marianna took care of it asap. Her response time was extremely quick; always at the ready. We couldn’t get enough of the place and were sad to leave. In a word: perfection!! Thank you so much for the best stay we’ve had in a long time!

We really enjoyed our stay at John’s place. The place has everything you will need for a relaxing stay including a well equipped kitchen. It was just two of us with our dogs but the house can comfortably host a family. There are plenty of beds and room for everyone to enjoy their stay. The closest beach is a 5 min drive and we enjoyed walking to the pond that’s at the end of the road. The location is quiet and private. Our dogs had a fantastic time too. We will save John’s place for future stays!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

The perfect private piece of Cape Cod paradise in Chatham! Now our second time staying at Paul's place and we will be back every year. Steps to a private beach great for walking, sunrises and sunsets, watching the sea birds and kids looking for sea creatures in the tide pools. Walking distance to Main Street or a very fast drive. An osprey lover's dream with multiple nesting pairs yards away to enjoy. We dream of going back all the time. Thanks for sharing your space with our family year after year!

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

Perfect for a family with little ones. They loved the bunk beds and going to ocean edge using the amenities that were given. Will continue to look at chris's spot when coming back to the cape.

We had such a peaceful and special time at Kathryns place in Chatham during Christmas with our family. The place is very functional and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The floor to ceiling windows made it feel bright and airy. The place is centrally located and walkable to the beach. Thank you for an amazing holiday stay!

Joanne’s place was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of closet and drawer space and it would work well for an extended stay. It’s quite near the beaches and harbor in Dennis/Quivet Neck, and there is a good restaurant (Marshside) with a scenic view that is a short walk away. Easy to find, although if you check in at night a flashlight will be very helpful. ;-) The kitchen was small but usable, and the refrigerator was modern and had plenty of room.

We had a great stay with Rob in his cottage at Ocean Edge! The place had clearly been recently updated and it utilized space well such that it lived much bigger then its footprint. While it rained the whole time we were there, we could see Ocean Edge being a fun community for active folks. We highly recommend you stay here!
