You will love my home for the comfortable old bed, for its central location and charm, for the neighborhood with its cosy surroundings, for the authentic Copenhagen spirit and atmosphere with the good vibe, culture, shopping, etc. –all just around the corner! Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

You have possibility of free parking, and you can easily self check-in. This is a budget-friendly house. 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds, one double bed and two folding beds. For transparency, the place is not perfect yet, we want to renovate later. The doors and some switches are old, also the wallpaper (but newly painted). See phos. 5 min drive from the airport, also close to Copenhagen center. You can find a very good pizzeria + bakery across the street. 😊 4 brandnew single beds, never used.
