Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Viken med fantastisk havsutsikt! Välkommen till en fräsch stuga med bäddade sängar. Städning, lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. Stugan är ca 20 kvm stor med litet pentry (spis 2 plattor och kylskåp med litet frysfack) badrum med dusch, handfat och toalett, matbord, soffa och våningssäng med 120 cm nere och en 80 cm bädd uppe. Stugan är nybyggd och ligger bredvid privatbostad, har egen uteplats, med stolar och bord, parasoll, torkställning samt egen parkering.

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep.
