We want to welcome you to our beautifully restored 2 storey 200 year old country lodge located 3 minutes drive from the pretty tourist village of Adare which is renowned for its thatched cottages, wide range of restaurants and pubs and a variety of shops and boutiques. This stand alone lodge is surrounded by its beautifully manicured lawns and gardens and has its own private entrance with ample parking. It is completely self contained and our guests will have complete privacy.

12 mins walk, 3 min drive to Main Street, this converted open plan cottage is a lovely place to stay and is child and pet friendly. Excellent train and Bus service. Lots of amenities in the town. Adjacent to Co Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare and Tipperary. Great walking/cycling in the area. Cottage fully self contained. There is a large enclosed garden. Welcome to the lighthouse keepers house! We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Our cosy and spacious family house is situated in the town of Macroom within a five minute walk of the town centre. Free wifi, tv, patio area and garden, private parking. This home in a central location ( halfway between the famous town of Killarney and Cork City) is perfect for couples and families wishing to tour the area. Macroom Golf Course is just minutes away from our house and well worth a visit if you 're a golfer.
