Our second stay at Fox Hollow. Great location next to town. Beds and baths worked well for us. Access to trails and sledding out the back of the property was great. The front porch puts you in a special place and mood. J

Kerri was a very responsive host! The house was exactly as described, and there were small touches (like a note and welcome donuts) that made us feel special and right at home! Location was ideal for us, and the house was exactly what we needed for our time spent there. Great fenced in back yard for pups, too!

Our first time at Lynda's home in the woods. Place was exactly how described! Was very cozy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Great location, very private and close to skiing and town. We enjoyed to sauna every day. We got to relax and really enjoy ourselves. Lynda was very quickly to respond and was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely plan to go back, we loved it!

It is a beautiful house where you can smell the family and we liked that a lot. It is close to the ski slopes, very clean and comfortable. Lidsa and Tom have very good communication, excellent service.

Nancy’s place was a great option for my stay in the area. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the couch was comfortable. As was the one bed I slept in. I was visiting for a work trip. Nancy was also incredibly responsive to any questions I had, and was offering suggestions for the area I found useful. I’m glad to have found this place. While on this trip, I did not bring my dogs, I will be sure to stay here on my next one to the area. I typically stay in hotels here, but I will do my best to stay at Nancy’s anytime visiting in the future.

The house was exactly what is pictured. We have been here a few times and each time we were not disappointed. Could use a couple full size mirrors but other than that the place was immaculate and Cindy is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a a great stay! House and location was extremely peaceful. We loved the hot tub, wrap around porch and massage chair. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

Spent last week at Vasili's place and had a wonderful time. Two adults (52/49 yo) with our two boys (16/20 yo) and one of their friends (16 yo). This is the third rental we have had at Gore and the location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes to get to the base lodge and another 10 minutes to be on the gondola. Abundant space inside the rental so everyone could spread out and relax. Very quiet and peaceful with the stream outback and the main view overlooking the pond. Our primary goal when renting at Gore is to find a place that makes everything easy to enjoy the slopes, and this place met and exceeded our goals. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a well-stocked rental for skiing/snowboarding at Gore.

A fun winter break/birthday getaway! Sarah’s house had plenty of bedrooms for all guests. The game room, pool table, and wood stove/fireplace were great to have on these cold February days. Everyone enjoyed the sunroom and large dining table. The hot tub and outdoor sleds were used as well. The history of the house and beautiful views from the property were an interest to all. I bet this house is a lovely spot in the summer as well!

There is not enough to say about the pristine beauty that is Loraine’s cabin. The instructions were helpful in navigating into the property and lights were turned on as it was dark to assure my comfortable arrival. The cabin feels like a nurturing home and is equipped with comforts and small touches. The bed was neatly made and felt like a picture walking in to see it. The stairs are cabin stairs and there is caution to take your time and step gently. Seemingly every question was answered with small notes around the cabin and a detailed welcome book. The care and attention to detail was perfection in a stay. I only wish I had been on a longer trip to fully enjoy the grounds and the surroundings. It was easy to feel at home and welcome with Loraine and Dean as hosts.

We had an amazing stay at Kristin and Dave’s cottage and cannot wait to return. The cottage was spotless, very well equipped, and supremely comfortable. Both Kristin and Dave were very responsive, extremely helpful, and provided great instructions and assistance. The location was beautiful and so peaceful. The outdoor space was such a nice option, and the porch and pool were so nice to relax in. We wholeheartedly recommend the cottage!

We had such a great time at Ashley's place and really appreciated the welcome basket & being able to bring our 2 kitties with us to stay that need meds. (We also loved the neighborhood porch kitty that visited daily.) Thank you SO much, Ashley!

I would book here and you won’t be disappointed especially if you have kids! Also shampoo and conditioner and laundry detergent and washing machine soap were provided! We had a blast! The hot tub is huge and easy to use!

Kyle was responsive, helpful and available for questions throughout the stay. House is beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor patio. Larger group still had privacy. Check in and out was easy. House was very clean. It is located close to SPAC and downtime Saratoga. It’s a perfect location when you want to explore those areas.

We had a very relaxing stay at Brian's place. The indoor pool was amazing, especially when traveling with kids. The place was clean, well stocked with anything we felt we needed. The blender and toaster oven were great to be included along with all other desired kitchen supplies. It felt secluded and private while still just being minutes away from downtown Old Forge. The surrounding nature was gorgeous, often being able to sit out on the deck or look out the numerous wide windows to see deer walking around. Every room and every bed was very comfortable and clean. The showers all had great water pressure. Heidi, the property manager was prompt to respond to any questions and was always very helpful and friendly. We definitely left feeling relaxed and reenergized. Would recommend and would stay again.

Couldn’t recommend Green Haven anymore. Barbara and Gregory were fantastic hosts, were extremely hands on and accommodating to make it a perfect stay for my family and dog. Everything in the listing is described perfectly and the property and cabins are super clean. Location is fantastic as well, just a very short drive into Lake George village.

Ali was an amazing host! The location was great, about 5 minutes from the lake. Super cute place and we felt right at home. Check in was smooth and so was check out. She had clear communication and was extremely friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here not only because of the location but just the warm cozy feeling of being at home and feeling valued by the host.

Perfect little get away cabin tucked in the woods. Easy, walkable access to the lake with beautiful views. Hosts were welcoming, helpful and informative from the start. Would love to stay here again!

Brooke's place is a good size...lots of room and so many nice touches (especially the abundant amenities provided for a small child). Very clean. Just as pictured. All good. The only thing I'd say as a bit of info to a prospective Airbnb-er, is that this location is not a walk to town spot, unless you consider 1.7 miles to the main shopping/dining area walkable. That said, it is still incredibly convenient...super quick drive to town or to race track or the lake...all while staying in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood setting.

A Perfect Mountain Retreat! Our stay at Amy’s cabin was absolutely amazing. Nestled in the heart of AuSable Acres, the location offers a sense of serenity that’s hard to find elsewhere. The cabin itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was a highlight, especially on chilly evenings, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals with a view. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the local guidebook and extra blankets. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in nature. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and soak in the beauty of the area. I can’t wait to come back!

We’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in many states and we found this home to be very pricey but I can now fully get why it was and I look forward to coming in the spring. The home was beautiful, exactly like the pics, the location was spot on. The hot tub was easy to use. Sadly it rained a lot so we didn’t sit out or use the barbecue. The fireplace worked great and was gorgeous.The kitchen was VERY well equipped w extras which was VERY surprising and made it feel like home. I have to mention above anything else was the response time, attention to detail, and kindness ,it was the BEST the 4 of us have EVER had. One thing-we live in NYC so my hubby goes around and checks everything first thing-2 bedrm windows were unlocked, 1 needed to be fixed but in 2 mins he did it w his own stuff. I am positive had I mentioned it they would have immediately handled it but it wasn’t a bid deal we are just cautious. We recommend this home & above all else these ppl ARE AMAZING! Sincerely Dee R. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for 4 people and a dog for a weekend trip. Having a place right down the stairs to take the dog to use the bathroom made it much more convenient than a hotel. We spent most our weekend outside or exploring downtown Lake Placid which was just a few minutes away so the location was perfect. The apartment was clean and well maintained.
