The property is light and spacious and the reception looking out into the private garden offers a tranquil feeling. I have created a 'London Theme' throughout the property. A good sized Master Bedroom with large King Size Bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers and en-suite wet room (Shower, Toilet, Sink). Bedroom 2 has a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted television. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and toilet. The open plan kitchen and reception is ideal to both relax and socialise. Modern but homely, large kitchen bar counter with bar stools. A large comfortable sofa and a feature ‘spitfire’ chair. Separate bistro dining table and chairs. A large wall mounted television with sound bar. Full height glass sliding doors open directly out into the fabulous garden. The garden has a bistro table and chairs and a 3 Meter king built in seating bench (with made to measure cushions for comfort). There is also a built in braai / bbq and a decked area. Stunning lighting has also been installed to offer an ambient garden experience. We provide super fast unlimted fibre broadband for your added enjoyment and convenience. My Airbnb is a ‘permanent airbnb’. The property is for the exclusive use of guests. I live just a few minutes away from the property so am generally always available to assist where necessary, answer any questions or recommendations for local bars and restaurants. If you require any printing out of documents or business services, I also have an office close by and pleased to assist. Balham is a wonderful small London suburb with a village feel, with many fabulous independent shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants and pleasant nightlife scene including bars, old-school pubs, and the Banana Cabaret comedy club. There are many parks just a short walk away, including Tooting Bec, Wandsworth and Clapham Commons for green open spaces and picnics. Great rapid transport links into Central London via Tube or Train as Balham Station is just a short 5 min walk away. Just a 5 minute walk from Balham Station which is on the Northern Line Underground and on the National Rail over-ground both offering easy quick access into the City and West End. It’s just 12 minutes on the National Rail From Balham to Victoria and then a short walk to Buckingham Palace. On the tube it’s Just 20 minutes to the South Bank (Waterloo/Embankment) and a couple more minutes to Leicester Square. For the kids wanting the Harry Potter Studio Tour there is a train from Balham once an hour to Watford Junction where you catch the short 10 minute bus ride to the Warner Bros. Studio! Parking is available on the road outside the property and I offer complimentary parking permits on request. WATER I’m often asked about the water. Water from the taps is perfectly safe to drink. USB In every room we have plugs with a USB port for easy charging of devices along with a couple of international plug adapters GENERAL My aim is for all my guests to have a relaxing and wonderful stay at my Airbnb. For your convenience, all cleaning products are provided for you, this includes washing up liquid, cleaning tabs for the dishwasher, washing powder and fabric softener, toilet rolls, shower gel in bathrooms, liquid soaps and hair conditioner. In the unlikely event you run out of these during your stay please do call or message me and I will arrange a quick top up. LINEN We provide quality bed linen and towels for your stay. There is a Queen size double bed which can also be split into twin beds. Sofa opens into a bunk bed suitable for 2 children. Modern shower room. Spacious living area with TV, desk/dining table. Earlsfield Overground train station 8 minutes walk, with trains to London Waterloo in 11 minutes. Wimbledon Park Underground on the District Line 10 minutes walk.

A beautiful flat in a lovely converted Victorian house, located just off the high road in the heart of Streatham Hill. Please note I usually live in the flat (in a different bedroom) so my belongings will be there, but I will stay elsewhere for the duration of your visit so you will have the flat to yourself. Private garden summerhouse with full bathroom and kitchen at the back of our garden. The summerhouse is newly built, has full bifolding glass doors and it includes a Smart TV with Utra Fast WIFI. Our house is 5-minute walk from the heart of Wimbledon City Centre and Wimbledon train, tube, and tram station. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets in the area. The property is tucked away in a quite road and has a modern garden with a beautiful mature cherry tree.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
