Welcome to our charming first floor (not ground floor, one flight of stairs) apartment located in the heart of Islington, London! Our spacious and modern apartment is perfect for both short and long term stays, for up to 4 guests (1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a double sofa bed), with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and airy living room. Great for WFH! The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of Upper Street, Union Chapel, Emirates stadium and Camden Passage.

Stylish Islington two-bed maisonette

This beautiful apartment is right by the tube and bus stops. It has a garden, two beds and two bathrooms. It's a really charming conversion and it's full of antiques and things from my travels. There is lots of space to eat, rest and enjoy. We used to keep our cat on the property when we were also living there, so some of the reviews mention Ish our cat but she is no longer there. We now live most of the time in Portugal so we are renting out the whole apartment rather than just a room.

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a super king bed in the master bedroom and king bed in the second room. Guests have access to the whole property including a large, well equipped kitchen (with Smegg coffee machine), separate living/dining room and office area. The bathroom has a large bath and powerful shower.

Next door to Arsenal's Emirates Stadium our two bedroom garden flat is in the perfect location to explore London from - just minutes from Drayton Park Rail Station and Holloway Road Tube, and 10 minutes from Highbury & Islington Station. The surrounding neighbourhood is trendy, with many eateries, bars, green spaces and quirky shops within just a few minutes walk. The road the flat is located on itself is very peaceful and perfect for families to enjoy.

Our Flat in Islington

Tucked away on quiet residential street, our flat was renovated in 2022. It is our home for most of the year. We have a lovely layout, beautiful garden and it’s ready to be enjoyed by you. We manage the Airbnb ourselves. We are very well located for public transport use. The Victoria line is a 10 minute walk and gets you to Soho in under 10 minutes. We are also located nearby the Piccadilly line with trains directly to Heathrow airport.
