Overall it was a nice stay. Only thing is the tight driveway you have to be very careful driving down which they mentioned in the listing.

This home was everything it was advertised to be. Great location, amazing views, awesome host. Especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck!

This was our second time staying at this location, and it was just as wonderful as our first stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything else. Has its own dedicated parking space which is a huge plus, especially when Pismo is busy. Would recommend this spot to any couples looking for a replacing beach weekend.

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

This place had everything you could need plus extra touches that really made our stay great. An electric tea kettle was great, fill size fridge a plus, extra pillows and linens also great. The full size couch was very comfortable for lounging and movie watching. The floors were clean, the restroom was clean, the linens were soft and spotless. We enjoyed staying here. Very peaceful.

This is a nice place to stay that is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this to friends and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here and was so centrally located for our purposes. It was nice to be able to go out and about in Santa Barbara and also pop back home easily when needed! The space was very comfortable (esp the bed!) and homey.

Loved our stay in Avila! Just a short block walk to the beach and coffee shops. Keep in mind that this is part of a duplex, so you're able to hear neighbors above you. However, that didn't bother us. Tony was kind and had a quick response time. We'll definitely be keeping this spot in mind for our future trips!

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

Anne and Emory were fantastic hosts! They were very responsive and Anne even called me personally to make sure we got in ok. The place was great! I think it was nicer than most hotels if u wanna stay right in Solvang. The extra room is great!!

Great location just outside the town; a quick 5-min walk to all the happening areas. The apartment is quite spacious and the property has many amenities. Great home away from home.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and grand daughter, spent 10 nites at Zora’s place over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed the space and being able to be together to play games and open presents. The close proximity into Solvang and its Julefest made for fun walks. We also enjoyed nearby wineries, Santa Barbara and local parks. I do think in 2024 in the Tech State of California not having free high speed WiFi is a bit anachronistic. Paying an additional $5 per device for poor bandwidth was unnecessary and annoying. That criticism however is not a negative reflection on Zoar but rather the Worldmark property policy

What an amazing airbnb! Once inside you can’t believe how private it is. The ocean view, deck, private hot tub and stairs to the ocean are what make this place special. You can hear the ocean from the master bedroom. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed for making meals. We had a fantastic vacation. Thank you!
