Loch Tay: aluguel por temporada de casas no lago

We took our 2 teenagers and dog away for a couple of nights to chill out & we done exactly that! The house was exactly what we were after, location was amazing, right on the banks of the loch, along with hot tub and coal fire & absolutely peace we have had the best weekend, didn't want to leave. George was very helpful, messaging us before and after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. The village shop is literally just 2 mins walk with all your needs if you forget to bring anything. Very friendly and served the most amazing coffee and homemade cakes. Can't wait to return soon. Had a very comfortable 4-night stay! Did a bit of cooking and had everything we needed. Loved that we could walk to restaurants. Enjoyed lounging in the living room after a day of exploring. The parking space was spacious.

The place was absolutely lovely. the fireplace was amazing after a long day of hiking and it was a great location for so many activities!

Prachtig, ruim huis dat mooi verzorgd en schoon is. Omheinde grote tuin zodat kinderen (en hond) rustig buiten kunnen spelen. Heel veel voorzieningen aanwezig, prachtige uitzichten over het meer vanuit de eetkamer, veranda en het balkon boven. Vriendelijke host, reageert snel en heeft tips voor de omgeving. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Wij raden het zeker aan. NB: Aanlegsteiger die in advertentie wordt genoemd is niet bij het huis. Huis zelf zit op de heuvel met uitzicht op het meer, dat 5 minuten naar beneden lopen is.

We had a perfect Spring break in Aberfeldy at Vickys. The home was squeaky clean, cosy and well equipped in a central location in Aberfeldy. Everything we needed was within walking distance and there are surprisingly good places to wine and dine. The weather was also perfect and local scenery is majestic. Highly recommend it!

Such a special lodge with outstanding surroundings. Great base for our trip and a great lodge for relaxing after a busy day. Being right on the shore of the loch meant my that 10 year old could be curious and explore the area and he loved that the ducks visited often. Brilliant facilities, which were modern and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic cottage in a great location for peaceful days relaxing by the loch or for visiting Scotland. Lovely little pub just a few doors down and nice food served. Friendly host and nice welcome pack.

An incredibly beautiful location with amazing views down Loch Rannoch. The house itself is lovely. The kitchen is big and well equipped, and the dining area spacious. The two big fridges and freezers meant that you can stock up properly and avoid the shops. The living room, with wood burning stove, is super cosy. All the bedrooms are well appointed (the beds are very comfortable), and having two en suite bathrooms is great. The hotel is a really easy walk and the Wild Brownie pub has lovely food and very friendly staff. The delivery from Tescos worked exceptionally well too. The location is spectacular with lovely walks and exquisite drives. The drive to Aberfeldy is particularly magnificent (although icy currently). We had the happiest time over New Year with plenty of space to chill and play games and cook as a family. We are all keen to return.

Joanne's cottage was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, the little touches made it homely; board games, lots of leaflets to tell us what was around, plenty of utensils in the kitchen and great wifi (two teenage sons!!). The conservatory room gave ample space to dine with stunning views of the Loch. It also leads out to a large garden with lots of cute bunnies who were grazing and hopping around. The location was absolutely stunning; we bravely took a dip in Loch Linnhe and marvelled at the ever changing dramatic landscape. Both Joanne and Adrian were fabulous hosts, local and on hand when we needed them. We will definitely return to Scotland and wouldn't hesitate to return to No 1 Ardrhu cottage. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay, it was lovely and quiet. The surroundings are absolutely stunning and there is lots to do in the area! Overall really clean and so cosy in the evenings. Honestly, highly recommend and couldn't get over the view from the cottage. x

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Zeer mooi en ruim huis, met grote keuken, van alles voorzien, grote eettafel met uitzicht op het prachtige landschap. We hadden natuurlijk heel veel geluk met het prachtige weer de hele week. We hebben er volop van genoten, en nog even een compliment voor Rebecca en Stevie die altijd direct reageerde en behulpzaam was met het oplossen van wat euvels waar we tegen aan liepen. Kortom, een fantastische bestemming in een prachtige en rustige omgeving.

Great lodge in fantastic park. Easy to get bus into St Andrews. Excellent spa, sauna and gym.

Annie’s house was perfect for a big family getaway. The space is lovely and so comfortable, with everything you need. The location is fantastic, really beautiful surroundings and great walks. 5 mins drive from towns supermarkets, beaches, and lovely local shops. Annie was so friendly and helpful too, highly recommend!

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

Lovely place and area. Great local pub. Lovely walks. Very responsive owners. Very clean and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit by the fire, plenty of coal and wood supplied.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is so peaceful and the surrounding area breathtaking. The house itself is superb and well equipped to service a large number with several bedrooms and several bathroom with a well equipped kitchen. Our only issue was trying to locate the house on arrival but it’s worth the journey

Perfect stay for a large group wishing to have both a taste of rural Scotland and the bright lights of the city! Great house for large groups with more than adequate cooking facilities. Excellent hot tub that was kept meticulously clean. The hosts were amazing and so helpful with helping me organise a stag weekend. Sharing local knowledge and recommendations of activities and hostelries, etc. Milngavie is a perfect location to explore both Glasgow city (20 minute train ride) and hit the start of the West Highland Way! Milngavie was a nice little town itself with an active high street and a good Tesco and station just a 3 minute walk from Pleasant Hill. We really enjoyed Fullbacks sports bar as well- good value food and an atmosphere. Activities we enjoyed from Pleasant Hill were a walk to Glengoyne Distillery, afternoon and night out in West End Glasgow and a speed boat pub tour of Loch Lomond! Thanks again Chris!

Jason and Mairi's accommodation is a gem! Beautifully situated within a gorgeous walled garden with the sea on your front doorstep. The accommodation is immaculate and wonderfully warm. Fairlie is a lovely village with Largs nearby and walkable along the coast. We only wish we had booked for longer. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend to others. Jason and Mairi are fabulous hosts.
