Livorno: aluguel por temporada em vila

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Kommunikation war problemlos und schnell möglich. Curio und Besitzer waren sehr found hilfsbereit. Tipps für lokale Restaurants und Ausflüge waren sehr gut. Unterkunft einfach zu finden. Gutes Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar. Lage mit tollen Ausblick, Weingut gleich gegenüber und per Auto oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Anwesen sehr gepflegt und schön. Ausstattung sehr gut. Pool und Umgebung wurden täglich gereinigt… Waren rundum zufrieden

Die Villa bietet alles was man als größere Gruppe braucht und auf dem großen Grundstück ist genügen Platz für verschiedenste Aktivitäten. Mitte September was es zwar nicht mehr so warm aber wie konnten den großen Pool doch noch etwas genießen. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

We loved our stay at Andrea’s villa. I think it somehow looks even better than the photos online. She was so helpful with sending recommendations for private drivers, chefs, wineries etc. Truly, I’m so grateful for how responsive and helpful she was. My only request or comment is that the house had a very strong odor of like dust or just being closed off which was really off putting upon arrival. It was a little embarrassing when my guests arrived and I had to apologize for the smell. I wish the house would have been opened up prior to our arrival so the odor was not the first impression. The smell did go away after the second day of having the doors and windows opened. I would definitely stay again. The location is private and absolutely beautiful!

Die Unterkunft bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer, den wir jeden Tag genossen haben, besonders bei den traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Der Pool war schön und sehr gepflegt, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung war ruhig und friedlich, was uns wirklich zur Erholung verholfen hat. Besonders haben uns auch die Olivenbäume auf dem Grundstück gefallen, die dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verliehen haben. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die eine ruhige Auszeit mit fantastischen Annehmlichkeiten suchen!

Paolo was amazing! He was so helpful and responsive. The villa was even more impressive in person. Highly recommend staying here! Beautiful city. Do an olive oil tour / tasting if you can. Enjoy a sunset under the Tuscan sun!

Villa Oliva was perfect for our vacation! The house is very modern and in pristine conditions, with everything you might need for a long term stay. Elena and the team were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we might have had. We loved having a pool, an outdoor grill and the area to see the sunsets was a dream! We highly recommend this property!

Soggiorno splendido a Villa Vittoria, immersa nel verde alle porte di Lucca, città meravigliosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il campo da tennis e l'area palestra con vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per rilassarsi. Il campo da calcio e la piscina non li abbiamo usati, ma quest’ultima è davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Massima privacy e tranquillità: ideale per staccare la spina. La villa è curata nei dettagli e gli spazi esterni sono ampi e silenziosi. Un luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi, che ci sentiamo di consigliare senza esitazioni.

Lorenzo und Benedetta waren wunderbare Gastgeber! Sie waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist ein wahres Schmuckstück und wirklich einzigartig. Man kommt sich vor, wie in einer Filmkulisse. Der Ausblick ist einfach wunderbar und vor allem der Aussenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man super zusammen kochen kann. Und auch die Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr gemütlich. Einzig und allein die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich. Da wir die Beschreibung vorher nicht gelesen haben, sind wir mit einem unpassenden Auto angereist und brauchten zunächst erst einmal Übung bei der Auf- und Abfahrt. Ansonsten alle Daumen hoch und fünf Sterne für Lorenzo als Gastgeber und die Villa il Grillo als Urlaubsunterkunft.

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

We had a truly excellent holiday cooking, playing tennis, and exploring nearby towns. Our hosts were very attentive via text and in person, and helped us plan all of the additional activities we wished. Our group would unanimously return, given the chance. Highly recommend!

wenn jemand einen ruhigen und schönen Ort sucht, der ist hier genau richtig! Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa sole mio. Die Aussicht ist weitreichend und schön. Die Villen liegen etwas abgelegen was bedeutet, dass man mobil sein muss, dafür bekommt man Ruhe über den ganzen Tag. Die Lage liegt geografisch optimal und man erreicht Lucca,Pisa,Siena und Florenz. Auch am Meer ist man innert 45min. Optimal um Morgens Städte zu besichtigen und am Nachmittag den traumhaften Pool mit der Ausssicht zu geniessen. Unsere Gastgeberin, Martina war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die Mitarbeiter, welche auf dem Grundstück arbeiten sind sehr freundlich und halten die Anlage in Schuss.Was zu erwähnen ist, ist die Zufahrt zur Villa.Man erreicht die Villen nur durch einen schmalen ca. 400m langen einspurigen Kiesweg.Ein Sportwagen oder ein tiefer gelegtes Fahrzeug ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich kann die Villa sole mio nur weiterempfehlen. Würde sofort wieder dorthin.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier mitten in der Toskana. Es empfiehlt sich mit dem Auto anzureisen, die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen für die wichtigsten Tagesausflüge in der Toskana. Saubere Zimmer und Pool, schnelle Kommunikation, wunderbarer Blick auf die Landschaft.

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

This villa was something out of a dream. Stefania was so lovely and wonderful with recommendations and booking us a rez at a fantastic local gem of a restaurant. The views were incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The villa itself was cozy and inviting. The outside seating area was well used by us for nightcaps, dinner and conversations about falling in love with Tuscany and all it's amazing nooks and crannies. We wanted a picturesque and home-like central base for our 10 day adventure in Italy and we're delighted with the accommodations that really was like something out of a movie. Lucca was only a short drive away and offered the best grocery store-Esselunga! Thank you Stefania for your warm generosity, kindness and suggestions. This was a birthday trip that we will never forget and cemented our longing to return soon!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Das Anwesen ist wunderbar gelegen und bittet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus bittet viel Platz und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grosszügig und beherbergt alles, falls man kochen will. Die Umgebung ist grossartig und grosszügig. Der Pool inkl. Aussicht ich ein Highlight und wird perfekt unterhalten. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für die geschätzte und erholsame Zeit.

Marco ist der perfekte Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt, es fehlt an nichts und ich habe noch nie so einen netter und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt.

Tout était parfait. Les voisins ont été charmants et serviables tout au long du séjour. Ils sont là si vous avez besoin d’aide et sont très discrets ce qui permet aux vacanciers de se sentir vraiment chez eux. La piscine est vraiment géniale grande propre et nettoyer chaque jour. Vraiment nous recommandons cette belle propriété pour des vacances en famille. Merci à Anto et ses voisins 😊
