Can’t say enough about how wonderful this home is. Bigger than I expected. Very clean and large open rooms. Lakeside with gorgeous views. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the home was so comfortable we enjoyed our time with friends. Definitely more than enough space for our group of 8. Also plenty of parking spaces. I would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay! Robin and her husband were amazing hosts and just the right balance of friendly and available without being intrusive. The Airbnb was clean and had so many thoughtful details that instantly made us feel at home and relaxed. The bed was comfy and it was a peaceful neighborhood tucked away from any loud street noise. We went out on the lake multiple times in the kayak and had a lovely fire right next to the water. I would definitely stay again!

Josh was great. Very communicative and hospitality was great for our special weekend. House was stocked with everything and very clean. Location was great, right on the lake and we felt right at home.

As soon as we walked through the door we felt comfortable, like home. We were welcomed by fresh flowers and snacks. Holly made sure we had everything we needed and some we didn't think we needed! I have to point out how comfortable the beds were, we slept so well! We were travelling for a wedding and were not able to use all of the available great outdoor equipment for the lake, but we hope to be back!

Great deal on a nice quiet spot for a short winter stay. Joan was very responsive and let us know what was going on. The downstairs is a garage, but we hardly noticed anything happening when anyone was downstairs. Bed was a very cozy mix between firm and soft, memory foam like material. Good place for a smaller couple. I am 5'11 and the bed and couch were enough for me and my S.O., although I wanted to kick my feet up on the table to watch TV.

We had an amazing stay at “The Lake”! The house was spotless, and the quiet atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the games provided endless fun for both kids and adults—Scrabble nights and life-size Jenga were highlights! It was the week before Labor Day weekend, and the lake was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Renting a boat made it feel like we had the whole lake to ourselves, which was a fantastic bonus. We loved the short drive to Harriet State Park for stunning views and hikes, and Mill Street Cafe became our go-to for breakfast and evening ice cream. The thoughtful welcome gift and note from our hosts made us feel right at home. We even spotted bald eagles and enjoyed breathtaking views of the Milky Way on clear nights. Highly recommend!

Stacy and her father were amazing. I actually arrived in the middle of a snow storm. They were accommodating and wonderful. I think they know how appreciative I was :). Fresh eggs, fruit and milk where supplied. The puppy did was adorable. Warm Regards, Elizabeth

Our stay was wonderful! We arrived when it was dark, which I might recommend against, as there aren’t any yard lights (it’s a little spooky). The parking areas were easy to navigate, but we had to pull up the map to find our cabin, which didn’t take too long. We built a campfire and made dinner over the fire and all the starter supplies was very convenient. If you plan on cooking over the nearby campfire, bring your own cooking oil! Plenty of other kitchen supplies were available. It was windy in the morning, so we didn’t get to go out onto the water, but it was a beautiful view right on the water. I highly recommend this specific cabin! Also! Very important to bring a flashlight!

We loved staying at Karen’s cabin. There was a beautiful view of the lake out the window and a nice picnic area for guests right next to the lake. Karen was so accommodating and friendly! She went above and beyond. The little cabin was adorable and comfortable. I liked the little double doors separating the main cabin from the bathroom/entryway area. The shower is nice and hot! Karen has really thought of everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and silverware and more. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we are in the area.
