Ponds are in a fishing preserve that residents and non- residents need no license. (Catch and release fishing only.) Ponds include space to swim with sand beach in front of cabin, fish, boat, kayak. The finger lakes wineries are a short drive from Rochester. We are also a 25 minute drive to Letchworth State Park. Wegmans grocery store within 5 miles from the house.
