Our home was just 7-8 minutes away by car from all the amenities of Aspravalta and only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea. We spend 7 days there and we found everything needed in the house. The open-plan living room had a large table that was perfect for both dining and working. The bedroom was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. All the linens were spotless, almost like brand new. Waking up every morning to a nearly 180-degree view of the sea and the Halkidiki mountains, and being able to look at that view any chance we got during the day, made us so so happy. With its stunning view, spacious living room and balcony, and breathtaking sunsets, we spent an unforgettable 7 days here. If I had to summarize this stay, I would describe it as peace, tranquility, and hope. We’re truly happy to have met our wonderful hosts, Martha and Joannis and their lovely boys. Thank you for everything. We hope to see you again very soon. Sending lots of love!

Καταπληκτική διαμονή!! όλα ήταν τέλεια!το σπίτι πεντακαθαρο, με πολύ μεγάλο κ ωραίο μπαλκόνι 2 λεπτά από την θάλασσα υπέροχη παραλία! Όλα ήταν πεντακαθαρα, εξαιρετική επικοινωνία, πολύ φιλικός κ ο Γιώργος κ ο πατέρας του!! Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα τόσο για οικογένειες όσο κ για ζευγάρια!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για ολα!! ottima posizione per alloggiare vicino al festival. Prezzo ragionevole e host che ci ha aiutato tempestivamente quando si è intasato il WC di uno dei bagni. Cucina arredata e completa per ogni evenienza.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen idyllischen und ruhigen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr entspannter Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin war überaus hilfsbereit sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden.Sehr freundlicher Empfang.Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr sauber.Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht.Tolle Ausstattung.Und nur 200meter vom Meer entfernt.was will man mehr. Aber das wichtigste war die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Anders gesagt.Hier kommst du als fremder und gehst du als freund. Ich glaube das sagt alles. The stone house is special, the village in which it is located has a special charm. I recommend this accommodation to those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the seaside.

Nice appartment on the first floor of a villa, 10 minutes easy walk to the beach and 3 minutes to the nearby supermarkets. Kind and warmhearted host, I recommend this place for family holidays.

Die Adresse ist nur mit Beschreibung zu finden, diese wird aber sehr akribisch und gut geliefert. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings auch abgeschieden. Der nächste Strand ist steinig. Auf der alten Straße Richtung Kavala, ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, befindet sich ein sehr schöner, sandiger Strandabschnitt mit öffentlichem Zugang aber auch mit einer Strandbar. Das Haus hat einen beschatteten Hofparkplatz. Man kann nur rückwärts in den Hof einfahren. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Erdgeschoss wird durch ein Klimagerät ausreichend gekühlt. Die Schlafräume im OG verfügen über je ein Klimagerät. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fernsehgerät. Uns wurde erst vor Ort bewusst, dass das Haus eigentlich Platz für zwei kleine Familien bietet. Die Nachbarschaft ist hundefreundlich. Für gehbehinderte Menschen ist das OG ungeeignet. Wir haben uns, trotz knapp 40°C, sehr wohl gefühlt.
